Fighting the Weapons

The group of four continued on their way towards the Northern Crater while landed there they found Shinra troops on the ground beside some people in black cloaks making it quite obvious that Sephiroth clones and Shinra fought here.

"We should continue they can't be far from here," says John as they couldn't waste any time now.

They followed the bloody path as they passed corpses when they encounter a man in white clothes that Cloud and Tifa remember and another man in black clothes that Aerith seemed to know while across of them was Sephiroth holding the Black Materia.

Zack was laying against a wall unconscious making the group worry when John says, "He is still breathing that means he is still alive."

"We should engage Sephiroth right now," says Cloud as he didn't care about Rufus and his bodyguard.

"Then do so I will take Zack and the other two away," says John as he rushed at Zack while Tifa, Aerith, and Cloud rushed at Sephiroth.

"It seems that more pawns entered the board," says Sephiroth seeing them.

He was quite self-assured that would win against them since no one of the Crownguard family was fighting him this time when John suddenly appeared and disappeared again as Rufus and Tseng disappeared from their position and appeared on the Airship making both looks confused as John was standing beside them.

"Why are we here?" asks Rufus as he looked down when John coughs getting their attention.

"You are here because I saved you. You would have died if you stayed there," says John as Tseng goes into position before he attacked John only to find out that his attack didn't even move John.

"How can people like you exist?" asks Tseng confused as John turned towards them looking at them as if they were ants to him.

"Because we don't put a limit on our potential. We live to break our limits and reach something a normal person can't achieve," says John as he turned to the view again looking at the Crater.

"Why are you looking down there?" asks Rufus as he couldn't see anything.

"I want to see the battle between Sephiroth and the other three. That way I can see how much they have improved before I intervene," says John as he was quite curious while he also was feeling the others battling the Weapons.

Nora went alone after the Ultimate Weapon. Yuffie wanted to go with her but Nora says, "I want to test something out Yuffie so I can't take you with me," says Nora as she flew faster leaving Yuffie and the others behind.

She arrived at an island where the Ultimate Weapon was as the people on the island seemed to be scared because of what was happening.

She landed between the Weapon and the village as she points her sword or the weapon and it began to radiate darkness and she pierced the ground making her twelve knights appear at first.

Then more people appeared they were Chinese as two of them were as tall as herself with her 2m while one was wearing a black armor with a demon face on it the other one had a long well-kept beard.

The other three were smaller with one having bells wrapped around his armor, one having a feather-fan in his hand while wearing mostly white while the other has also a fan but was wearing black.

But what surprised not only the villagers but also the Weapon was that suddenly more than 300-thousand people appeared behind Nora.

"It's been long since we were summoned out if the Warriors Realm," says the man walking his hand over his beard as he looked at the four people accompanying him and asks, "What is our tactic Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi?"

"Isn't it clear? We need to take that thing down," says the man with the bells when Zhuge Liang stops them.

"Not so fast, Gan Ning. Let our Marshall tell us what we have to do," says Zhuge Liang as he looked at Nora.

"We have to stop it without destroying it," says Nora as the twelve knights went first.

"We will buy you time," says Lancelot as he and the others build a barrier holding the Weapon back.

"We use our manpower to hold it back then?" asks Gan Ning as the bells sounded with every move he made.

"That's how it looks like. The good thing is that we all are dead anyway. We can't die again," says Sima Yi as the other man that Nora didn't know the name yet just rushed forward with his men making both strategists sigh while Sima Yi says, "I don't know why Arthur made him his General when he never listens to us."

"It's because Lu Bu is an intuitive General," says Guan Yu as he wasn't really happy about it but he had to accept his lord's judgment.

Some Yi went with Gan Ning while Guan Yu went with Zhuge Liang into the battlefield while Nora was looking that the people attacking the Ultimate Weapon as the weapon was slowly but surely being brought down as they neither killed nor destroyed it as they caught and immobilized it.

They were holding it down until the Weapon calmed down and the Meteor that was about to destroy the planet was destroyed by some light making the Weapon regain its instinct to return to the Northern Crater to return to his its slumber again.

"Alright free it," says Nora as everyone lets go and returned to Excalibur as she began to fly again towards Midgar this time.

At the same time, Yui and Vincent were underwater as they followed the Emerald Weapon since they were the only one that could breathe underwater by turning into their DT.

"So after everything is done you are going to leave this world with your parent?" asks Vincent as Yui looked at him.

"What are you worried that I will leave you alone," says Yui as Vincent only smiled at her when Yui says, "I want to open a school once this is all over."

"A school?" asks Vincent as Yui nods.

"Yes, where children any class can attend it without worrying about paying any tuition," says Yui as she focused again and says, "But we can talk later. We found our objective."

Vincent pulled his gun out when Yui says, "No shooting or you will destroy it. We have to do it the old way with our fists."

"Fine by me," says Vincent as he puts the gun in its holster and they swim towards it.

They both push the Emerald Weapon around for a couple of minutes making it lose orientation until its eyes turned from glowing blood red to blood red as it began to move North when both resurfaced and the Meteor was gone.

"It seems they defeated Sephiroth," says Yui as she and Vincent left the ocean.

They began their way towards Midgar as they find an almost destroyed city with people quite far away from the city with Reeves and Nesiara guiding the people.

Barrett and Cid went to chase after the Sapphire Weapon. It was near Junon swimming directly at it when Cid just pierced the skin of the Sapphire Weapon while Barret was giving some warning shots defending Junon.

"Barret help me bring the fish out of the water. That way we can stop it from going rampage," says Cid as he thought that since it felt home in water it would be defenseless on land.

"Coming right away," says Barret as both used their newfound strength and drag it out of the sea bringing it on land making it seem like it was a fish on land.

"I think we are done here," says Barret as Cid stops him from leaving.

"Remember, no killing or destroying it. We will have to wait until the Meteor disappears," says Cid as he takes his spear out of the Sapphire Weapon.

They waited until the Meteor was destroyed as they then picked the Sapphire Weapon that wasn't fighting against its circumstances any longer as they picked it up and placed it in the water seeing that it swam north.

"Alright, we should return to Midgar then," says Cid as he was clearly in charge between the two while flying towards Midgar.

Yuffie was alone as she faced the Diamond Weapon holding it back from getting to Midgar as it was marching towards it. She used her shadow clones to stall it while doing as little damage as possible.

This went on as she had the Meteor behind herself and the Diamond Weapon in front of her making it quite difficult for her when suddenly the Meteor stopped advancing as well as the Diamond Weapon as she looked behind herself while saying, "Finally, I was running out of tricks to pull out to hold it back."

Red XIII was with Cait Sith when they found Dio holding the Ruby Weapon away from the Gold Saucer and Corel Prison when Dio says, "It seems my reinforcement has arrived."

"We will take over," says Cait Sith as he suddenly stopped working and Red XIII sighs.

"I will take care of it," says Red XIII as his armor appeared around his body while rushing at the Ruby Weapon.

"Try to take it out if the desert. You should be able to weaken it until the Meteor is dealt with," says Dio as Red XIII disappeared leaving Cait Sith behind.

Dio looked at the puppet controlled by Reeves and takes it with him so nothing happens to it while Red XIII was fighting with the Ruby Weapon in a forest nearby until its eyes stopped glowing and it walked towards the north making Red XIII sigh in relief since he didn't destroy the Weapon as he returned to get Cait Sith before meeting the others.

Kieron and Nesiara were in Midgar looking at the Meteor that was descending as Nesiara says, "Time to show your real power, son. I will teleport everyone out of the city while you are holding it up."

"I will try my best," says Kieron as he was surrounded by his armor as he flew towards it while grabbing the Meteor that was now slowly pushing him down.

Nesiara was slowly teleporting people out that couldn't escape because of their circumstances before teleporting the rest that was already fleeing.

Reeves was working hard as he was using Shinra's resources against everyone's will while he smashes a table intimidating every person that was a board member that he will do the right thing and escort the people out of Midgar.

All the board members began to sweat seeing Reeves like that instead of his normal self that they knew when Reeves says, "Heidegger use your men to evacuate. I will stay behind and do everything possible to save as many resources as possible before the Midgar is destroyed."

Reeves returned to his office as he returned to control Cait Sith when he was brought away by Nesiara who says, "Reeves, you can't die here."

"I was helping Red," says Reeves as Nesiara smiles.

"He can deal with it on his own. You should try to calm the people down while Kieron is holding the Meteor up," says Nesiara as Reeves nods and begins to organize the people that were outside the city.

Fang, Jinx, and the others arrived at Nesiara's position as Jinx says, "We have done as asked, but should I join Kieron?"

"No, let him protect the world of his beloved," says Nesiara as Elmira, Marlene, Shera, Ruvie, and a small boy a bit older than Marlene had the same face when Nesiara smiles at them giving them confidence saying, "Now you all have to trust that our team succeeds and that Kieron can hold on."

The nod with confidence as Nesiara picked up Marlene and was holding the hand of the boy so they wouldn't go missing because of the mass of people around them while she teleported more and more people out of Midgar while Kieron was slowly reaching the city.

Once everyone was safe as Kieron landed on Midgar holding the Meteor when suddenly the Lifestream was surrounding him and helped him get the Meteor into the air again as he pushed it up slowly but surely until he could throw it back to where it came from.

He arrived at his mother's side and Nesiara says, "Your father will have to make you a new armor after we are done this armor is done for."

Kieron was almost naked as his armor was no more with only his watch and some key parts still being hidden by what was left.
