Defeating Sid

Nina soon returned to her motel room as she places the pendant on the table looking at it before she goes to the bathroom to take a shower while waiting for Simon or better said, Sid.

After taking her shower someone knocked on her door and she looked through the peephole seeing Simon behind it when she hears, "It's me, Simon."

"Give me a moment to put my clothes on," says Nina as she retreated from the door picking up her clothes and puts them on rapidly before opening the door.

"Come in and sit down," says Nina as she does her usual ritual by looking down both sides of the hall to make sure nobody followed Simon.

She was playing her part as Sid wasn't suspicious at all seeing how Nina was doing what she usually does when he asks, "Did you meet your daughter?"

"No, but I met the person taking care of her. I asked for the pendant so she wouldn't be in danger any longer," says Nina as her phone began to vibrate which surprised her and Sid.

"Can you keep an eye on the pendant while I take the call outside," says Nina as Sid smirks at her.

"Of course," says Sid as he saw that as the perfect opportunity.

Nina left the motel room before answering the phone when she asks, "Who is there?"

"Run," says Nesiara over the other end of the line surprising Nina as she ran away as fast as possible.

Sid in the meantime jumped out of the window with the pendant having a grin that went from ear to ear not knowing that he was being watched when someone says, "I have a clear shot on the target."

It was a dark-skinned woman with blond hair and blue eyes. She was laying on the roof of a skyscraper behind a sniper rifle when she hears, "Don't shoot it. Keep an eye on him, cousin."

"Alright, Fran," says the woman as she kept watching Sid.

Sid ran a block before entering a building which seemed to be run down when the woman says, "I lost contact with the target when it entered the building. I will reposition myself."

"I will take over," says a manly voice as he was shadowing Sid from the streets.

He had blue eyes and red-brownish hair. He was crawling on the building Sid entered as he looked through a window while camouflaging himself so nobody could see him.

"It seems all the needed items are in this building. He only needed the pendant as you told us," says the man as he sees Sid perform the ritual.

The woman that was on the roof took two steps backward before running towards the edge and she jump from the building to the next one and so on until she had a better position before laying down again.

"Can you explain to me why a Quarter-Kryptonian uses a sniper?" asks John over his end as the woman laughs.

"It's because of grandfather Fury. He created this sniper that only we can use it. Every other person would be ripped apart by its recoil," says the woman who is James' and Dawn's daughter, Mari Ann Parker.

"It is beginning," says the man nervous as he jumped from the wall before using his spider web to slingshot himself further away.

The man is Peter's and MJ's grandson, Benjamin Richard Parker. He is the current Spiderman as the others have other Superhero names or have inherited them from their parents.

"Well, you heard the Spiderboy. Let Black Widow work and care that Superman and Superwoman don't appear to spoil this little party," says Mari having a clear shot on Sid again.

Soon a red light shone through the window as Benjamin was hanging from the building wall across from the building Sid is in when suddenly the warehouse began to shake when some civilians were walking past it and the wall fell towards them.

Benjamin used his web to save them when Mari says, "I am seeing the target and it is growing bigger."

"Dante, your cue," says John sending Dante when they hear a loud noise that sounded like thunder when John asks, "What was that?"

"That was Mari she just blew up the side of the building with one shot," says Benjamin as he had a front-row seat.

"I think I scratched it," says Mari as she pulled on the lever while the building she shot at looked like a tank had shot at it.

The shell popped out of the sniper rifle and hit the ground leaving some cracks behind. The shell looked like it was a tank bullet shell.

"We need to move, it seems my cousin already began fighting Sid," says John as he looked towards Dante before turning towards his family which was standing behind him.

"So are we doing this?" asks Nora excited as they left Kalina to look after the twins holding Excalibur.

John smiles as Sinner and Saint appear in his hands and he says, "Let's get them all."

They move out as a portal to the Demon World opened from which many Demons streamed out of when Mari pulls the trigger again shredding through a horde of Demons before Benjamin rushed in.

"A Horde of Demons are running towards the streets around the building," says Benjamin as he wasn't a softy like all the Spidermans before him.

He killed those Demons without showing remorse when he sees a Giant Golden Dragon like Demon and he says to himself, "Now that is a number too big for me."

John then appears beside him with his swords tainted by blood when he says, "Leave him for Dante and the others. We should have fun fighting the smaller ones."

A Demon jumped at John from behind only to find a spear coming from the side killing it and three Demons in the line of flied it took when Nesiara says, "Your back was wide open there."

"Do you really think so?" asks John when more Demons pour out of the Gate and Benjamin became nervous.

"Are their numbers going to shrink soon?" asks Benjamin as John just rolls his eyes.

"Where is the fun if their numbers shrink that fast," says John as Benjamin looked at John seriously.

"I really miss the cold John," says Benjamin making Mari laugh on her end of the line.

"I like this Fran far more than that block of ice he used to be," says Mari as she pulled the trigger again while Nesiara smiles as well.

"She is right. This John is more lively than he used to be," says Nesiara as she saw him transform over the years.

Dante in the meantime was fighting Sid without help and it seemed like Sid was winning against him and Mari who was seeing that through her scope says, "Wonderboy is losing to the Golden Demon."

"Don't worry, he is tougher than he looks. How about you coming down from that roof and help us down here," says John as he pierced through a Demon with Sinner when even more Demons came through the gate overrunning them now.

Nora then rams her sword into the ground before saying, "I call upon you oh loyal warriors. Come forth, Deathseekers."

'Someone is trying to summon us. Do we heed her call?' asks a voice inside John's head.

'Yes, come forward and help my daughter. I will call someone else to help me,' says John as he closed his eyes.

"What are you doing over there cousin?" asks Mari seeing John being surrounded by Demons.

"I call upon you, oh Tamer of Horses, heed my call and help me with your army," says John as a man in simple but elegant armor appeared beside him.

He was sitting on a horse as did his army when he says, "I, Hector of Troy, answer your call as I answered my brother before you."

Hector had black hair and brown eyes and you could see that he has been on many battlefields and waged many wars. He puts his helmet on and points his spear at the enemy when John's chest began to shine to be more specific it was the horse tattoo that was shining.

Thunder jumped out of it and it looked at John as if telling him to lead the charge against the Demons with Hector. John jumps on Thunder's back holding his twin blades before Thunder begins to accelerate.

"Follow our Lord," says Hector as he follows John with his men while the Deathseekers took the field beside Nora.

"The Lord seems to have found the two companions of Arthur," says Huang Zhong who was beside Nora.

"Your Lord?" asks Nora as Zhao Yun walked up to her.

"He means your father," says Zhao Yun as he explained it to Nora before the thousand Deathseeker stormed out to fight against the Demons.

"They are far weaker than the Demons we fought back then," says Tyr as he was swinging his greatsword around killing double digits with every swing.

"That's might be because they don't have Qi like the Demons we fought against when Judgement Day arrived at Earth," says Wei Yan as he rushed into the Demons piercing them on his spear before igniting his it to burn their corpses away.

"This is more of a breeze than the battles I remember to have fought," says Tang Shi as he swings his sword when John and his cavalry suddenly passed them.

They saw a hallucination as in their eyes they didn't see John but Arthur sitting on the horse with a smile holding a spear before they hear, "Tang Shi take command of five hundred Deathseeker and secure that no Demon leaves the perimeter. The rest follows my daughter's command."

They felt as if they were back in their time as Tang Shi seemed to tear up before saying, "Of course, my Lord."

John then looked at Nora and smiles at her before saying, "I'm sorry to keep it secret for that long from you but we need to make sure that the Demons don't leave this place."

"I was a little surprised since I thought that Excalibur was the thing summoning them," says Nora as John smiles at her.

"Well, there are Demons to be killed we will talk later more deeply about this matter," says John as he charged on Thunder's back into the Demons again slicing with his swords through the Demons while Thunder was stomping them into the ground killing them.

"I give you that I didn't know how tough your Wonderboy was until I saw his body being pierced through multiple spikes," says Mari over her end of the line as she was seeing Dante laughing as the Golden Demon was in disbelief.

"I told you that he is tough. How is the situation with the Demons streaming from the Gate?" says John as Mari looked at it and was surprised.

"They aren't coming out of it any longer," says Mari surprised by that development.

"That means our reinforcements arrived on the other side," says John with a smile.

In the meantime on the other side of the Gate, Sparda and his followers were fighting against the Demons that are trying to cross over to the Human World.

"Anyone that dares to pass this Gate will be killed by me personally," says Sparda in a dark tone as he unsheathes his sword.

The Demons know who Sparda is since he became a Ruler of Hell taking Mundu's territory after Nesiara finished him off. Sparda had an army of loyal Dark Knights that follow his command and they were making a perimeter around the Gate which made the Demons rethink their approach.

After hundred of Demons died by their hands the Demons rather retreated than follow the call of a Demon that isn't even in the Demon World which made Sparda sheath his sword again.

"That is the best I can do for you on the other side," says Sparda as he looked at the Gate since he needed to stay to make sure the Demons didn't return to go through it.

Dante had endured everything Sid had thrown at him and was smiling at Sid before saying, "I pity you. You have all this strength and can still not win against me."

"You how is it possible for you to be alive. You should have been dead a long time ago," says Sid as he attacks Dante only to find out that Dante blocked his attack for the first time.

"You are getting weaker," says Dante as he pushed Sid back before he swings his sword cutting one of Sid's arms off.

Sid screams into the sky as Dante walked towards him drenched in his own blood and that of his enemies before he swings his sword again cutting off a leg so Sid couldn't run away from him.

"Why are you doing this to me?" asks Sid as Dante looked at him seriously while Sid was transforming back into his usual form when Dante pulled his gun out and pointed it between his eyes.

"You once threatened the life of my daughter. That is reason enough," says Dante pulling the trigger repeatedly killing Sid before pulling a Soul Stone out which John gave him.

Sid's soul wanders into the stone and the sun began to rise in the east when he looked at the battlefield seeing the Demons either retreating towards the Demon World before the Gate closes or being killed by the people he calls friends and family.

Even Morrison was fighting using his revolver as Dante just collapses because he felt drained from losing too much blood when he sees a woman float down towards him holding a massive sniper in her hand.

She grabbed him and he hears her say, "I have the Wonderboy and will evacuate with him while you finish your business here."

"Copy that," says John as Mari left the battlefield with Dante leaving the family to exterminate the rest of the Demons while the Gate to the Demon World closed again.
