Elite Genin - 50 (In one or two stat)

Chunin - 50 : 75 : 100 {Low : Mid : High}

Elite Chunin/tokubetsu jōnin - 150 (In one or two stat)

Jounin - 150 : 200 : 250 {Low : Mid : High}

Elite Jonin - 300 (In one or two stat)

Kage - 300 :400 : 500 {Low : Mid : High}

Six Paths Madara - 600+

I'm making it so that even if Ren dumped all the points in one stat without working hard, he would need 60 levels worth of stored points to push one stat to Kage Level...

Jutsu Requirements:

E-Rank - 1-10 Chakra.

D-Rank - 10-50 Chakra.

C-Rank - 50-250 Chakra.

B-Rank - 250-1000 Chakra

A-Rank - 500-10000 Chakra

S-Rank - 10000- 100,000 Chakra.

The Jutsu requirements aren't completely set, I'm still working out a scenario where the amount of Jutsus a certain rank of shinobi could use would make sense in a war scenario. My main reasoning was to make sure that most low-Jonin won't be able to throw around S-Rank ninjutsu just willy-nilly.

Though some jutsu are making it harder to correctly categorize for example Sasuke was able to use Chidori what 3 times when he was just a genin, now even if his chakra was something like a chunin or something it doesn't make sense to be able to use 3 A-Rank ninjutsu. If you have any ideas I'll welcome your suggestions! Thanks!
