Time doesn't stop, thanks to that, the break time has arrived, but our protagonist now faces a big problem; several of his classmates are surrounding him and asking all sorts of questions.

"Why did you choose this school?"

"Do you have a girlfriend?"

"Which part of Brazil are you from?"

"What's the size of your dick?"

"..."

Even with many questions, Mateus can't help but notice one in particular and think, 'These people are crazy.' Setting thoughts aside, Mateus tries to answer them all and somehow appease his classmates while attempting to eat his lunch. He's starving!

Once again, a Savior descends to our protagonist, but unlike the usual Savior, this one is a young blond, the same Mateus encountered earlier.

The young man introduces himself, "Hello, Mateus, my name is Miyuki Shirogane, and I'm the president of the student council at this school. Nice to meet you." Bowing slightly, Miyuki introduces himself to Mateus.

Mateus pretends to be surprised and continues the conversation, "The pleasure is mine. But it's a surprise to meet the student council president on my first day of school. These student council things are very new to me. Can you explain how it works?"

The question Mateus raises is somewhat true. Where he comes from, it's not very common to have a student council in schools, so this is something new for him.

Taking the bait, Miyuki responds, "Of course, how about we have lunch in the student council room? That way, we can talk better."

Biting the bait, Miyuki directly invites the predator to its habitat. Not that Mateus wants trouble, it's just that there are very interesting people there.

Responding, Mateus says, "Sure, it will be a pleasure." After saying this, Miyuki leads the way to the student council. Meanwhile, Mateus and Miyuki have only a few small conversations.

After a brief walk, they reach the entrance of the student council room. Opening the door, Miyuki says, "This is the student council room; this is where we work for the good of the school."

"It's a nice room. If you'll excuse me." Saying that, Mateus enters the room. There is only one other person present in the room. A handsome, albeit somber, teenager with a slender build, black hair falling to his chin, covering the left side of his face.

Entering the room, Miyuki invites him to sit on the sofa in front of him. Doing so, Mateus takes out his lunch and places it on the table because, before eating, he decides to chat a bit with the guy in front of him. But interrupting our protagonist's plans, Miyuki introduces the guy now sitting next to him.

"So, Mateus, the one next to me is Yu Ishigami, and he is the treasurer of the student council." Taking advantage of his friend's initiative, Yu quickly introduces himself to Mateus.

"Pleasure to meet you; my name is Yu Ishigami. As the president said, I am the treasurer of the student council."

Seeing that Yu seems like a good person, Mateus returns the courtesy.

"The pleasure is all mine. My name is Mateus Santos, and I transferred to this school today. It's good to know that people from the student council are approachable." Speaking positively about the council, Mateus concludes his statement.

At the same time, the two in front of him decide it's a good time for lunch. Going with the flow, Mateus takes out his bento and starts eating.

But he is quickly interrupted by Miyuki, who can't help but praise Mateus for his bento: "Man, the smell of your bento is amazing. You seem like a first-class chef."

"Indeed, that's what it seems like," agrees Yu.

"You flatter me. It's not that great," Mateus accepts the compliment and doesn't dwell on it too much.

But in reality, Mateus isn't selfish; to be honest, he prepared more grilled chicken than necessary because he loves meats. So, in a friendly gesture, he quickly offers some of his food to the two in front of him.

"Well, I made more grilled chicken than needed. Do you guys want some?" Mateus amiably offers to the two in front of him.

"Sure!" Without hesitation, both respond enthusiastically. Taking a bit of Mateus's chicken, they taste it and give their evaluation.

Miyuki, who finished his piece quickly, speaks up promptly: "Are you a chef by any chance? Your food is excellent."

Yu, who also finished, says right after: "Indeed, it was very good. You could even be a chef if you wanted."

"Thank you. About being a chef, I never thought about it. As much as cooking is fun and all, I'm too lazy to cook, and dealing with people is even more challenging." Releasing a bit of his lazy side, Mateus speaks his honest opinion about being a chef. He enjoys cooking, but the most challenging part will always be dealing with customers—after all, the customer is always right. That's why Mateus thinks it's too much work, and besides, his expertise isn't in Japanese cuisine.

"Well, if you say so." To Miyuki, it seems more like a waste of talent, but if he doesn't want to, no one can force him, right?

After finishing their meal, they talk a bit more about the student council, school, and other things. They continue the conversation, gradually getting to know each other better and becoming friends.

Continuing the conversation, the topic shifts to hobbies. Yu responds, "My hobbies? I like playing video games and reading manga."

Miyuki also shares his hobbies, "I enjoy studying. And you Mateus, what are your hobbies?" Curious, Miyuki and Yu await the response.

After some thought, Mateus says, "It might sound kind of stupid, but I really just like being lazy and looking at beautiful women. In my free time, I also enjoy cooking or taking a bath."

"At least you were honest," says Yu. That's a compliment, at least in Yu Ishigami's opinion.

"Well, I don't like to lie. I'd rather be myself than wear a mask and pretend to be someone else," Mateus says. After all, he thinks that's how it should be. If he's not himself, then who will he be? While Mateus pondered these things, time passed quickly, and the conversation flowed to the point where he obtained the contact information of his two new friends, Miyuki Shirogane and Yu Ishigami.

The bell rang. That means afternoon classes are about to start. Returning to his classroom with Miyuki, Mateus excuses himself and goes to the bathroom.

"I've noticed you; stop staring at me from a distance and come here already," seemingly releasing words to the wind, Mateus says resolutely. Then, after a few moments, the one who appears in front of him is none other than the little Ophis.

Looking at her, Mateus says, "Look, it's not a good time. How about we talk when I get home?" Speaking with Ophis, Mateus sometimes doesn't know if he's talking to a child or one of the most powerful beings in the universe. Regardless, the way Mateus speaks works, so there's no need to worry about the form; it's already working fine.

"Okay." As usual, Ophis utters few words, but Mateus ignores that. Seeing Ophis disappear, Mateus lets out a tired sigh and returns to his classroom. While walking, Mateus starts to wonder whether what will happen later will be bothersome or not.

Classes are over, so some head to their clubs, others go to the library to study, some go to the student council, and there are those who simply go home. Clearly, Mateus has not yet decided which of these he will become. The fact is, currently, he belongs to the group of those who go home. Not bothered by this, Mateus packs his things and gets ready to leave.

Ready to go, Mateus looks to the side and sees a girl with pink hair and incredible proportions talking to Miyuki; he simply ignores it for now. Exiting the classroom and bidding farewell to some of his classmates whom he chatted with a bit. At the exit, he says goodbye to Miyuki.

"See you tomorrow, Shirogane-san."

"Goodbye." Exchanging simple farewells, they go their separate ways.

Mateus decides that before heading to his apartment, it would be good to buy more shortcakes. Upon reflection, he has been buying quite a lot of these cakes, unwittingly becoming addicted to these sweets. But this isn't a problem; in fact, it's the solution to two problems—boredom and laziness.

Passing by the store that is becoming increasingly familiar to Mateus, he doesn't find the familiar owner; instead, he encounters a young man of medium height, with a slender body and fair skin. Possessing beautiful features, he's considered handsome and attractive, with a face slightly feminine and deep blue eyes. He has messy black hair that descends to his nape, with a parted fringe. If you look closely, you'll also notice that he has some piercings in his ears.

'Even though I already know him, he seems like a good guy,' Mateus thinks as he looks at the young man in front of him. But putting his thoughts aside, Mateus simply places an order that has become familiar to him, shortcakes.

After placing his order and thanking the young attendant, he continues his way home and thinks, 'Even though I already know many powerful people in this world, there might be someone I'm not aware of their strength or don't remember well. I need an appraisal skill.' With such a skill, it would be easy for him to learn more about people, especially those who attack him out of nowhere.

While pondering ways to train and acquire this skill, another thought crosses his mind, reminding him,

'What does the little dragon girl want?'

With these questions in mind, he arrives at his apartment.
