Chapter 2: Lynx.
After escorting Rosa and Rocky home, Daniel decides to take a stroll at his own fortress of solitude which was a part of the New West Forest,one of the most famous Forest reserve. The part of the Forest which he discovered was a part that the people working there had note even discovered because it was very deep but that was what suited Daniel whenever he wanted to be alone or he wanted to hid something secretly. He sneaked past the guards who were guarding the restricted area and made the journey to his secret hideout. When he got there he put his bag in the cave he had discovered and designed treating it like home. The cave had a sleeping bag,a vase, a small cabinet and a picture of him and the one who has been taking care of him after his parents left him at the orphanage they both grew up in,and her name is Stella. Stella and Daniel was brought into the orphanage on the same day 6th May also known as the Divine Visitation.It was on that same day that the legends would come and visit Earth and it was also the day a great storm know as Super Edged Storm which rattled and destroy half of Mississippi,where they lived. Daniel always wondered why his parents left him in a cold storm like that without any pants on and he thought it was cruel on his parents side to abandoned him like that in the storm and for that he hated his parents so badly. He knew his mother's name Juanita but his dad not so we'll. Daniel remembered that it was the first word he had said and that was how his mother was called. Daniel always wondered how Stella become so rich and famous after she had left two years when they both were 15 years. Even though he knew that Stella become rich by acting Sing and Shout movie which lead her to her sky rocket super wealthy stardom. When she came back she asked Mrs Swullave , the owner of the orphanage if she could take of me without even adopting me and Mrs Swullave agreed to it. Even though it was illegal Daniel still could not understand how Stella was able to convince a hot head and hard nut like Mrs Swullave to agree to it. But now they are 19 years and so if Mrs Swullave had changed her mind it would have been too late since the law now knew that at 19 years they could fend for themselves.
Daniel was now so happy that he shouted on top of his lungs. He was happy because now he had a system and not just any system , a system that would actually give him points for doing sexual activities. His friends would not have believed him if said that his powers would be fire and he would be performing sexual stunts to attain them. After screaming on top of his lungs he had remembered to ask Dynamic about what a blessing and a link was and any other thing he didn't understand about his X-system. He finally kept his cool because he could ask Stella to tell him and teach him how to use his powers. He knew Stella had a Tuxer stone and an X-system that he didn't know what powers Stella had. Well he was so happy that he finally had a system. He took the gold Tuxer stone out of his pocket, glanced at it and placed it back in his pocket and decided to survey the area he had discovered even further to his curiosity.
He took a few steps and bumped into something which made him trip and fall. "Ouch ! , what the fuck just wants to ruin my happy mood ", he grunted angrily after getting up to sweep the dirt and grass off his shirt. He saw a small box which looked like a treasure chest and with his curiosity he dug the ground and pulled out the chest. After going all out to dig the ground, he opened the chest to find a bracelet with a multi colored stone in the middle of it. Even though he was expecting gold but it seemed like he got attracted to it and decided to wear it on his wrist. He admired it so much. As he touched it a great light came out of it which blinded Daniel. When he opened his eyes he saw a small Griffin flying in the air.
" It feels to be out of that thing it's been what... a millennium wow!" , the Griffin said before noticing Daniel.
" What what are... yo....u! ", Daniel said in fright.
" You must be the Multiverse's chosen hero. Ah... Nice to meet you. I'm Lynx , a Legendary Saint Weapon.", he said with a smile.
"What do you want with me and where you stuck in there for what ... a millennium. That's freakin stressful", Daniel asked.
" I'm not here to hurt you Daniel Sterling. In fact the Multiverse has chosen you to inherit a great power you must use to ensure order in the Multiverse.", Lynx said as he perched a seat on Daniel's shoulder.
"Damn! I'm freakin lucky. So it's gonna be more powers for me", Daniel thought.
" Daniel you are right you are extremely lucky. But to show you how lucky you are just repeat these words I'm gonna tell ya right?", Lynx asked.
" Right !", Daniel said with enthusiasm.
" Lynx, Blazing fury time", the golden Griffin said.
Immediately Daniel repeated his words Lynx got sucked into the bracelet and transformed Daniel into a golden armour with a multi colored cotton fabric cape. An "X" symbol embedded in the chest region made the armour even more awesome for Daniel. He got so amazed when he saw this in his mind.

"It's absolutely great. Now before you say anything about your powers and the extras , can you tell me a way to get out of this gold amour I can feel it's sorta weighing me down a little bit"

Daniel said the words and he had defuse with Lynx.
//Okay before you want to say what's on your mind, let me explain certain things to you. A saint weapon is a weapon created by God to ensure that the Multiverse was safe after Earth's destruction in the pre historic days. He made five Weapons to protect the Earth naming them Saint weapons because those who were to use it were to be called Saints. Unfortunately one of the Saint Weapons got corrupted by Lucifer and now joining the dark side of things it seems to destroy the one thing that can destroy it,which is the Legendary Saint weapon. The Legendary Saint weapon must do battle with the Corrupted Saint Weapon and its followers in order to restore the Multiverse with the peace it had before. The corrupted weapon can either be cleansed or be destroyed but it's up to you Daniel to decide. So therefore I will train you in other to use me, the Legendary Saint weapon//

Daniel did what he was told and got exactly the rewards. He was able to shoot fire out of his hands. He was so happy that he decided to share the enjoyment with the golden griffin. The griffin stood on Daniel's shoulders and he gave it a rub on its head.
"I need to share the excitement with Stella ", he said.
"Before it's late. Shit it's late I better get back to her"he realised after looking into the sky

"Why do you wanna know that"

//There is a rift here that leads at the back of your house//
"A rift?, Like the ones the gods use to come and visit us?"

"And you say I can use it to get to my house,how? I can't even see it"
//Fusing with me gave you the ability to create , see and use rifts. Now just focus your eyes to when the tree is and see what happens//
He focused his eyes carefully to where the tree was and low and behold he saw a large amount of purple energy floating beside it.
"Is that what you said it was "
//Yep. It's a rift leading straight into an alley close to your house.//
"Before we go,I just want to tell you that we will continue training tomorrow. I am so over joyous that I need to share it with her. She will be really surprised to hear what great things happen to me to day."
// Okay. Well I guess I better get back to my place in the Legend Bracelet.Well see you tomorrow. If you want to summon me just tap me thrice and I will come out okay//

After saying goodbye, Lynx went back into the bracelet and Daniel entered the portal which took him to the alley that Lynx said the rift would take him. He got to see his mansion he called home.
