Remembering about the attributes points she has yet to spend, Ning called out in her mind, 'Status!'
...

While looking at her status, Ning found herself in a predicament.
She knew about the attributes and what they meant.
Strength prefers her physical aspect and power. Magic represents the amount of force when she uses a magic skill. Vitality means health and stamina, agility is speed and reaction time, and intelligence would increase the cap of her mana.
'Since I have the skill Fireball and three attribute points to spend, should I use it to increase intelligence?' Ning thoughtfully stroked her chin and pondered.
With 10 MP, Ning could only use Fireball 5 times.
However, if she added three points into intelligence, her MP would increase to 25 MP. With that amount, she could use Fireball 12 or 13 times.
But if she chooses to add them into Magic, the power of the Fireball would increase exponentially since she only has one point in Magic at the moment.
Ning thought carefully. She wanted to test the Fireball's power firsthand before concluding on anything. Suddenly she looked at the zombie's corpse, opened her mouth, and exclaimed,
'Fireball!'
Instinctively, fiery red sparkles quickly rallied in front of Ning's widened jaw and formed into a fireball the size of a golf ball. She soon spits it out, aiming at the motionless zombie's head.
Puff!
Upon contact, the Fireball exploded, and a part of the zombie's rotten face was charred black.
After seeing this, Ning's eyebrow twitches, 'How weak!' She thought in disapproval.
'Even though this zombie's already dead, it is still so tough. With just this much power, I'm afraid even if I were to shoot ten Fireballs at it when it was still alive. It wouldn't even stagger.'
'Since it's like this, I will add more points into Magic then. With more firepower added, if one Fireball can take out a zombie, then it wouldn't even matter if I can only use it 5 times.'
No longer hesitant, Ning moved her paw and tapped the plus symbol next to Magic on the status screen.

'Nice!'
Standing proudly in front of the dead zombie, Ning shoots another Fireball at its face. This time, however, the power of the Fireball was many times stronger. Now, its size is significantly larger, comparable to that of a baseball.
Boom!
Followed by the sound of a small explosion, a decent chunk of the zombie's head was blasted off.
"Woof! Woof!" (Heh, it's not like it could any uglier.)
