was supposed to fly out with us this morning, and she didn't show." Meredith spoke into her phone, Derek on the other line. Eleanora was texting furiously on her own, her brows drawn together. Meredith made a face, her voice lowering. "Eleanora might be contacting the FBI."

"Her phone's still off." Owen spoke up, shaking his head. Eleanora huffed, looking up from her own.

"She checked out of the hotel this morning, I checked. And Alex said he hasn't seen her so she didn't somehow get back to Seattle. She's gone! They took her Harper Avery so she ran away!"

"Eleanora, she didn't run away. Calm down." Meredith focused forward again, her face changing as she listened to her husband speak. "No, uh, Derek, all—all she said was, ''. Last night, after the ceremony. And then that smug idiots speech was a 20-minute ode to himself. Even Ella was annoyed. I mean, she barely clapped for him!"

"I shouldn't of clapped at all." Eleanora grumbled, going back to angrily texting away on her phone. Owen snorted a bit, his face turning a bit pale at the glare she sent him.

"Uh, excuse me." The flight attendant spoke up, stopping in the aisle to look at the three plus the empty seat between Eleanora and Owen. "We're shutting the doors."

"They'll just be one second." Owen said kindly, sending her a curt nod. The flight attendant gives them a forced smile before starting down the aisle again, Eleanora huffing. She leans towards Meredith to speak into the phone, her tone harsh.

"His research, by the way, was horrible. There were multiple inconsistencies and unanswered questions. Plus, he made Lymph Nodes boring. Boring, Der!"

"Did you get that?" Meredith asks him. She nods after a moment, looking over at Eleanora. "He got it."

The two go back into their own business, Owen trying Cristina one last time. He sighs, shaking his head before stuffing his cellphone in his pocket.

"I'm very sorry, but you'll need to put your phones away." The Flight Attendant spoke, both of the women looking over at her.

"We heard you!" Meredith snapped a bit, Eleanora narrowing her eyes a bit before moving to quickly text Cristina for what seemed like the hundredth time. "Uh, I'll call you when we land."

Both of the women finish up and put their phones away, Eleanora crossing her arms across her chest as she leans back in her seat. She glared forward, shaking her head.

"We lost Cristina."

"We didn't lose Crist—" Owen starts, but both of them turning their heated glares to him makes him stumble for a moment. "Yeah, no, you're right. We lost Cristina."

Eleanora, and Meredith all three walk into the ER, their bags in hand. Eleanora let out a noise, checking her messages once again.

"Cristina still hasn't even read my messages. God! I'm going to murder her when I see her." She huffs, shoving her phone in her back pocket as the three reach the front desk.

"You're back!" April spoke up, her eyes wide and worried. Eleanora's eye twitched, taking a clipboard from a nurse. Meredith shook her head, putting her hand up at April before taking her own while Owen spoke to another.

"You're gonna want to stay away from us today." Meredith said lowly, shaking her head.

April seemingly didn't hear her, shifting in her stance as she begins to ramble. "Where's Cristina? She must be devastated. If I were her, I'd be face-first in a pile of chocolate-chip cookies."

"Stop it!" Meredith snaps, her and Eleanora both turning their bodies (and glares) to April. The surrounding staff all freeze as they listen to Meredith, April's eyes widening as each second goes on. "Cristina Yang doesn't need your pity! She was robbed! And robbed her!"

"Wha—I did?!" April gasped, Eleanora pointing at her with a small, angry noise.

"Don't act innocent! You're an Avery by association, April Kepner!"

"And that pack of fools can't tell their asses from their elbows," Meredith continues, Eleanora moving her hand to grip onto her clipboard. "Never mind an Award-Winning Surgeon versus some half-wit from who tinkers with science kits in his mother's basement!"

It grows quiet as the two best friends grab their bags and hand off their clipboards, going to pass April. Meredith stomps on, Eleanora slowing down to speak to April with a lowered voice.

"She told you to stay away from us today, didn't she?"

"Yep, she did. Sorry about that." April hummed, looking down at her paperwork. Eleanora pat her on the shoulder before rushing after Meredith. She called out to the redhead from over her shoulder, voice a little icy.

"And you tell that Pretty-Boy husband of yours to not even look at me today! Otherwise I'll make sure to use my privilege as Head of Plastic's wife to make sure he doesn't see the inside of an OR for a week!"

my lovely, kind, amazingly smart—"

"You aren't an Avery, Mark. I'm not going to yell at you."

"Oh thank God." Mark mumbled, setting a coffee down in the nurses station Eleanora was working at. The two shared a quick kiss, Mark rubbing a hand up and down her back. "Good flight back?"

"Besides that fact I was worrying that Cristina somehow got kidnapped and was being transported across state lines to live as someone's weird Doctor-Slave, only then to get murdered because she doesn't have a filter and would annoy them?" Eleanora asked him, typing away at the keyboard. "It was fine!"

Mark is quiet as he sits on the desk, watching his wife with worried eyes. "I don't like when you're upset."

"I'm not ." Eleanora whispered, moving her eyes to her husband. "I'm furious. Angry, annoyed, full of rage. I mean, Mark, there is absolutely no way that Cristina could have lost to that idiot from Hopkins! It makes absolutely no sense."
