talked about it, Mark. Multiple times. We both decided, once again, , that we would stay in the apartment for a year or so and then we'd look at houses."

Eleanora was standing in front of their sink in the bathroom, applying her makeup quickly so they could go to work. Behind her, Mark paced across the room while brushing his teeth. He made a face, speaking around the toothbrush.

"I know that, but I think it'd be fun to still look around." He shook his head, Eleanora throwing him a look in the mirror as he continued. "What if we miss our dream house in a year?"

"Then it isn't our dream house." She stated blankly, shaking her own head. She grabbed her mascara and started to apply it, sighing. "You were the one who first brought this up, baby. It was idea."

Mark finally stopped pacing and moved to stand behind his wife, placing his arm around her stomach. He pulled her to the side softly and leaned around her so he could spit out his toothpaste, looking at her through the mirror once it was out of his mouth.

"You should know that it wouldn't have lasted long."

Eleanora finishes her mascara once Mark pulls away from her and she puts the rest of her makeup away. She quickly pulls her hair back and then turns to him, putting one hand on her hip.

"I like our apartment. Our apartment is our home. It's a nice apartment, that we spend a good amount of money on." She pokes his chest, Mark raising a brow at the action. "We do not a house right now, because it would just be us and our cat. A house would be too big."

The two were quiet for a moment, and Eleanora raised her own brow, expecting a form of acknowledgment. Mark finally sighed, nodding his head.

"Fine. One year and we'll start looking. I'll drop it." Eleanora nodded, turning to go and get her bag for work. However, a mischief laugh fell from her husbands lips and she felt his arms wrap around her and pull her into his chest, his hands moving to her sides to start tickling her. "But you will have to pay for my silence with this."

Eleanora let out squeals of laughter, squirming in his grip and smacking at his hands. "Mark, stop! This is-isn't....stop it! I have to get to wo-work!"

again. Could be a false negative. Maybe you tried too early." Cristina told Meredith. The two and Eleanora were walking down a hall in the hospital, discussing Meredith's negative pregnancy test.

Eleanora clipped her pager to her pants, nodding as she looked up at Meredith to continue on what Cristina previously started. "Isn't it only day ten on the treatments?"

"Yeah." Meredith sighed, Eleanora and Cristina sharing a knowing look before speaking in unison.

"Too early."

They turned a corner, starting to the surgical lobby. Cristina thought for a second, perking up when she came up with an idea. "Pee on a bunch of different sticks, don't let the one stick win."

"Well, it's a scientific test. I hardly think I can bend it to my will." Meredith laughed, Eleanora letting out a ''.

"Please, it depends on what brand you get." Eleanora titled her head, thinking. "Are you getting the good beand of tests? Maybe you should go see one of the OB's and have them give you one."

"I'm doing three surgeries today." Cristina suddenly stated, turning the conversation around. "I did four yesterday. I'm unstoppable. And you got defeated by a piece of plastic covered in urine? Buck up!"

Eleanora let out a laugh, jumping a bit when she heard Jackson speak behind her. "What is this, everybody got paged?"

She turned her head to send him a glare, also noticing Alex and April. Jackson gives her a smirk, playfully pushing at her shoulder to make her focus forward. Alex sighs, obviously unamused with the day ahead of them. The four who have been at Seattle Grace all of their residency already knew what today was, but April and Jackson hadn't been there long enough.

"I's that time of year again. The chicks have hatched."

April grew confused at Alex's words, sending him a look when they all turned to enter the surgical lobby. "Is that some sort of a code?"

They stopped by the front desk, Eleanora putting her hands in her pockets as she sent the group in front of her a bright smile. Alex nodded towards them, leaning on the desk.

"Those chicks."

In front of them stood a group of people in labcoats with their colleges name on it, a small ID tag clipped to it. Cristina groaned, crossing her arms in front of her chest.

"Oh, first-year med students. Too dumb to find the toilet." Alex and Meredith snorted, Eleanora just smacking at her friends arm before focusing forward again, eyes bright.

"I love Med Student Day. They're all so eager to learn, full of excitement and hope. Not to mention the cafeteria gives out the good deserts to try and con them into coming here after the get their doctorate."

"Good morning." The Chief spoke, Lexie beside him with a clipboard that had assignments for the med students and their mentor for the day. "Behind me stand the interns and residents of tomorrow. Today you will show them what it's like to be a surgeon. When go into surgery, go into surgery. When they have a question, you will answer."

Cristina leans towards Eleanora and Meredith, speaking lowly as to not draw the Chief's attention. "It's like court-ordered community service."

"I'd rather be picking up trash off the side of the highway." Meredith tells Cristina, Eleanora throwing them both a look.
