Chapter 10 Age 12 The Death Of Spiderman Part 2 Funeral

(My father recently passed and I had decided to do this in parts. this part will not be as tear jerking as I want it to be but the last bit for the funeral will be.)

It has been two weeks and two days since the incident at the supermax prison known as the RAFT. The chaos that ensued for two weeks was finally brought to an end, the criminals where caught but the criminals known as super villains were still at large. The events that happened a day before was the cause of Spiderman's death. He did his duty and saved as many people as possible, but was not given a break. One villain after another showed up but when fought both Tombstone and Rhino, he was shot between the eyes. The villains that were not caught that day got away free. Thomas was mourning the death of his father with his friends and family. His mother and dad showed up sometime after Peter died. Mary jane did pick a fight with Felicia but instead they hugged each other, even Gwen was welcomed as well. The whole family came together in mourning. They were sharing memories they had with each other. Thomas had disappeared at some point, he told them he wanted to be alone.

Thomas logged onto his personal hacking tool. He searched the web for old footage of Spiderman as well hacking into the CCTV's memory files. At some point he went to the day that his father died. He wanted to see how he died. He first found a camera at the earliest time that spotted his father. He followed his path with the cameras. Slowly as he searched for camera angles he became more alert, and his anger slowly started to build. By the time Thomas was done he was thoroughly pissed. Thomas suddenly had a Idea, he smiled. Several villains shuddered in unison as if they felt something terrible was about to happen to them.

FIVE DAYS LATER AT THE FUNERAL

Mary Jane Parker with her Daughter May Parker and Aunt may was walking down a aisle seeing thousands of people. Gwen Stacy and a tall teenager walked with them, This teenager was blonde like Gwen but he had peters eye's and jaw. He had a body type that was somewhere along the lines of rhino and juggernaut but not quite as big. There was a podium at the end of the aisle and the first two rows were reserved for friends and family. Felicia was walking in behind Gwen. They make it to the front row. Tony was waiting for them with his family and so was the fantastic four with their kids and every avenger as well as peters other friends. Two people were visibly missing, one being Nick Fury and Thomas Hardy.

Mary Jane: "Hey Felicia where's Thomas?" Felicia shook her head and replied "He said he didn't want to show his face to the public. That and he said this funeral feels disrepectful." She says as she gestures to the cameras. Mary jane nods. The people who came up to the podium were many of peters close friends some gave speeches and some couldn't even speak just cried. May "day" Parker walks up to the podium.

May: "My father was a great man. He was a great father and a loving husband but most of all he was a hero to many. He always knew what to do in a crisis and he never shied away from danger. Where many would run away, he would run towards the danger head on. I'm proud of my dad, and when the time comes I will take up the responsibility." May shares some fond memories and heart rending tears. Then finishes with "Our family motto is "with great power come great responsibility". I live by those words and so do my brothers. Though one is not here, but my eldest brother is."

The tall blonde teenager walks up. "Hello my name is Adrian Parker, I'm also known by another name. The Tarantula. I've never really gotten to know my father growing up. I met him when I was fourteen and since then I had gotten to know him. You're probably wondering who I really am, in high school my father met my mother and well they dated. They were in love and like most young couples in love they made mistakes. I'd like to believe that if my mother hadn't disappeared like she did my mother and my father would still be together but unfortunately not. I was raised by my mother and a alternate version of my father. When I was thirteen did we get sucked back into this universe, and I don't miss my birth home.... My father is a great man he taught me many things." He goes on to speak about the many times they worked together. "If my younger brother were here he'd agree with me that we three will protect this city together."

Just then the screens around the city scrambles and changes with a black chest with silver webbing lines and a silver spider insignia. "Hello everyone....." He sounded like he's been crying. "I'm... the silver spider....The youngest son of peter parker.....I don't have the powers like my siblings do so at best I'm known as a hacker.....I didn't have much time with my father.....I only got to actually know him the past five years.....like Adrian I'm mays half brother." He pause's to here him sniffling and his voice cracks a bit. "I went through the various videos the family had and the videos he'd taken with others as well as the CCTV's various memory files....and made a tribute to my father but first.....I have a gift to New York city....." The cameras change to show various criminals and villains that his father fought over the years. Each had a crosshair on them. Many people were shocked. "New York I Know this isn't something my father would have wanted but.....this is what you need." Many of these cameras seemed to be flying. "Wait.....are those?" Tony looked hard at the screens. Arm's rose up on the screens they realized something. The spider had hacked tony starks suits. "Jarvis quick cut the internet access to the suits." There was no reply. "Sorry uncle tony, but this should have been done long ago." The suits had officially fired everything they had. "If any of those bastards are still alive I hired a mercenary who knew my father well...."

Deadpool "Author am I? Finally getting my cameo?" Wade laughs "Hey it's Deadpool right now." *SIGH* "Okay Deadpool"....."Hey author was I in that plan that Fisk was involved in?"....."No because if that were true you'd have saved him in the nick of time, or killed the guy who shot him. thus giving you're god nephew a reason not to have his vengeance and be hunted."...."hey do I get laid?"....."WADE!!!" ....."Ok ok ok, just saying I'm the Ryan Reynolds version and DP needs some lovin too.".... "Fine you got laid."..."Who'd I do?"..."Wade I'm warning you."....."Oh c'mon you love me too. c'mon tell me! was it Rachel ray?"...."No it was LaToya Jackson." Deadpool shrugged "C'mon I could do better."....."Shut up! on with the story."

Thomas had a feeling he missed something. Shrugged. "Here's my tribute to my father....."
