Shunya's Thoughts

In the eternal void floats an entity that goes undetected by the life it is observing. Having been born at the beginning of existence, it itself was very powerful and intelligent, yet it was its first time looking at something like this.

Having visited millions of galaxies in this universe and seen many living organisms, it was its first time seeing something similar to itself yet a little different. It could not put a finger on what differed, but it knew that the thing in common between them was what these creatures called "thoughts.".

They had the ability to think and not act only according to instincts similar to their own. It did not know how, but ever since approaching and observing these creatures, or as they call themselves, "humans," it could read through the thoughts of each human it was observing, singularly or simultaneously.

Through these thoughts, I learned about various human concepts. Many of these human concepts were very easy for it to understand, like "language." Some were a little harder, while a small number of them were so hard that even they would take nearly what this human called "a day" of time on earth to understand.

So, for better understanding, it started to write down its thoughts on them while trying to contemplate and understand each concept daily. It did not know whether it would come to understand the "appropriate" meanings of these concepts. It did not even know whether it would be helpful or what it was trying to achieve through its adventure.

It only knew one thing, and that was that it wanted to try its best to understand it.
