"This Friday, at Hokkaido's latest, a well known body-snatching style serial killer was pronounced dead by suicide. Although his motives were never revealed, we think that he had multiple different untreated mental illnesses that played a huge part in it. His identity was revealed to be Kutsuki Sora, a young man involved in the murder of 17 young men, taking their skin and using it on himself."

Sora wriggled in protest, his cries muffled as he was chained down with swift and skilled hands, Akujin hovered above him and held his hand out, a floating orb revealing the crime scene of Sora's death- in past time. It showed the actual truth of what lay before them, and Sora couldn't handle it. Instead of showing him talking to the Akujin, it showed him talking to air, a manic expression on his face in the projection. Instead of looking beautiful in the new skin like he had thought he would, he looked horrifying- the shell of a human being looked droopy as if it had been stretched out beyond human skin's normal elasticity. The wig was lopsided, and body parts were spilling out of his bag, crimson painting the streets in splatters here and there. His cat was just a lifeless stuffed corpse, and everything seemed to be spinning.

Sora's screams of horror filled the air, finally understanding what he had done. He thrashed around, sobbing in hysterics. Akujin just watched him, his sharp features stern.

"Are you fuckin' done yet?" Akujin muttered half to himself, kicking the other- though in their deceased state, neither could feel a thing. He clearly wasn't getting through to Sora, and he quietly watched, a soft sigh escaping his lips. He was what you would call the spiritual equivalent to a devil, and he had handled many gruesome cases.
