Prologue

Rosalie was a she-wolf that was tormented by the pack she was in, her only escape was to train and hang out with her best friend Joe her childhood friend that defended her from anyone who tried to harm her when it came to the boys at school. Rosalie was known for not having a wolf that anyone could smell on her, which made her an easy target for all the students at school which caused her more trouble than she ever thought she was to experience.

Joe told her one day that there would be a chance that they could take off from their pack and find a new one, he told her he didn't want to follow in his father's footsteps because he did not think he would be a good alpha to a pack that had no promising warriors to respect his future beta, Rosalie was touched by her friend's words but reassured him that his father's pack would do good for him for it was his fate to become the leader of the pack and make some necessary changes however she did tell him that she had already planned to leave the pack in search for another pack to call her home. Rosalie was taken in by her aunt when her mother went missing on a mission as an undercover rogue wolf, her last known location was in the neighboring pack then her trail went cold, and her father went out searching for her mother and also vanished into thin air in the process. her aunt Lucinda took her in and raised her well until Rosalie turned 14 and was more beautiful than her biological daughter she even started to show more talent than any other she-wolf that had lived in the pack house, her aunt was displeased with how well she was turning out and began to treat her indifferently when she felt that her daughter was being observed in the shadows rather than in the spotlight. On the days that her punishment was worse than she ever experienced, she would run to Joe's house to spend a few nights there to avoid any more mistreatment however Alpha Vix never allowed her to stay more than three nights at their house and even had Lucinda pick her up and take her back to her home where she belonged which lead to more problems for Rosalie after being pushed back into the hostile living quarters. Due to Lucinda not liking people who visited to be able to see Rosalie she was placed in the attic upstairs to avoid the visitor's view especially the alpha since Vix did not particularly like Rosalie being so close to his son, he refused to have a wolf less she-wolf seduce his son and humiliate his sons name and his, there was nowhere to hide for Rosalie and she felt that it was time to speak to other packs that would be willing to take her in as their own and allow her to be treated well rather than a bother or a waste of space.
