Chapter 10
(A/N Notes: New chapter, for my other stuff aside from one, I didn't have time to write them)

"*Yawns*…" <I had a terrible sleep last night…>
Yuriko was waiting for Takeru in front of his apartment's door, she was feeling tired and sleepy because her imagination kept her awake until late into the night yesterday
*Door opening*
"Ah! Good morning, Takeru-san!"
"Hm *Nods* Morning, Yuriko-san"
Even though she was feeling very similar to Takeru right now, Yuriko was still able to appear and sound energetic as usual
"Shall we get going?"
"Hm *nods*"
"Fufu"
Yuriko couldn't help but gently smile at Takeru, as she felt a warm feeling inside her, so she held one of his arms very similar to how she did during their date and walked to school with Takeru like that. Due to how early there were going to school, they were able to avoid other students' eyes

Near the School's main entrance
"… … …"
A student of Yama high could be seen walking like a zombie, his face showing his sleep deprivation and signs that he had been crying waterfalls from since a while ago… It was Daichi, of course
"… … …"
He didn't get a single wink of sleep due to the shock of being rejected by Yuriko, and from relieving some of his sorrow with that photo all night long. Which allowed him to leave earlier than usual for school
"… … … Huh?"
And that made him witness the scene of Yuriko and Takeru happily walking together while holding arms, as they entered the school ground. Seeing that, Daichi began to feel an urge to cry as tears began to fall from his eyes

Yuriko and Takeru had already let go of each other hands and changed to their indoor shoes, and now they were going in different directions
"See you during lunchtime, Takeru-san"
"Hm *Nods* See you there, Yuriko-san *Yawns*"
Takeru was still feeling slightly drowsy, but way less than earlier. Having said their farewells, the two went in opposite directions, with Yuriko still remembering the warm feeling of holding his arm

And that put her in a good mood, as she made her way to the student council room while still feeling the effects of her lack of sleep

Daichi who was behind the two also changed to his indoor shoes
"… … … *Deeply breaths in* … … … *Slaps his cheek* … … … *Slaps his other cheek* Alright. It's time for me to finally man up once again, and this time have Yuriko-san accept my feeling for her! But first, I need to show that guy, that I'm going to win"
Daichi finally decided to man up this late into the game, but he still hadn't noticed that his bag's zipper was open on the back, and a certain paper envelope was sticking out of it

Takeru was making his way to his classroom, until…
"Hey, you!"

Someone called out to him from behind, when he turned his head to see who it was, he saw that it was Daichi
"Ah, it's you from yesterday… Taiki, right?"
"It's Daichi! Yamamoto Daichi, vice president of the student council, dangit!"
"Yeah, yeah, whatever, what do you need?"
"I'm just here to say, that I still haven't lost to you!"

"You'll see! I'll come out on top before you can even react!"

Takeru was confused at what Daichi meant with all that, and Daichi having finished what he came to do turned and walked away. But when he turned a paper envelope flew out of his bag, which Takeru noticed and went to pick it up to return it
"Huh? Hey, you are forgetting this"
"I don't need your condolences! Or owe you favors!"
And with that Daichi left the area, Takeru who was left confused at Daichi's acting, simply stood there as he held a paper envelope in his hands
"… … … What do I do with this?"
Takeru looked at the paper envelope, not knowing what to do with it
"…" <Let's just give it a look at the contents inside to see if I can just throw it away>
Takeru opened the envelope and took out what was inside, revealing a photo of Yuriko changing clothes
"… … …"
Takeru froze for a few moments from the shock of seeing the photo, then a certain smell coming from the photo brought him back to his senses, making him slowly put the photo back inside the envelope, and close it
*Close his eyes* "First, Imma go wash my hands"
Takeru went to wash his hands, and then returned to his classroom all the while keeping the envelope with him. When he returned to his seat, he put the envelope inside his desk and then made a concerned thinking pose
"…" <Don't think about it. Don't think about it. Don't think about it…>
He kept repeating that to himself, but it still failed and the contents of the photo came to his mind, which made him cover his face to hide his blushing

<Alright, I already warned that guy, now I'm going to leave prepared my things in the classroom and help Yuriko-san in the student council room>
The moment Daichi sat on his seat, he immediately fell asleep

"That should be my line! Do you know how long have I been trying to wake you up!?"

"C'mon you have slept enough already, now give me that"
"You're saying all that was just a dream!?"
"Da fuck you talking about, dude?"
"Ah, no. It's nothing… So by that, you mean that, right?"
"Yeah, now give it back while none of the girls are here"
"Sure, sure, it's in here in my bag… … … Huh?"
When Daichi picked his back and began searching for the envelope, he became confused when he was unable to find it
"What's wrong? Did you forget to bring it?"
"That's impossible, I'm sure I put it inside my bag, but it's not inside"
"That means you forgot it, genius"
"What's wrong? Daichi-san, Suzuki-san"
"Ah! Nothing big, I was just asking Daichi for something he borrowed from me some time ago"
"Y-yeah, I must have forgotten at home. So don't worry about it, Yuriko-san"
"Is that so? Then excuse me for my intrusion into your conversation"

And so Yuriko walked away
"*Whisper* Make sure to bring it tomorrow without forgetting it this time"
"*Whisper* Yeah, yeah, whatever"
For now, both Daichi and Yamada thought that they would be able to avoid getting caught due to the photo. But little did they know, is that someone already had the photo with them and that it would end very badly for the two
