Jasper and Freya walked to the detective's table. Jasper saw his face and recognized him immediately. The same detective who handled his case when he was arrested for allegedly murdering his patient. 

"Detective Brandon." Jasper called looking at his tag. 

Brandon stood up with a sarcastic smile. He also remembered Jasper, he was the one who made sure Jasper went to jail after the investigation. 

"Mr Smith. I think I owe you an apology…"

"Keep that to yourself. She's innocent and you're about to throw her into jail for something she didn't do." Jasper cut him off. 

"She's the main suspect. All evidences points to her, she was found with the murder weapon and also with the victim. I'm afraid we can't declare her innocent until the investigation has been conducted." Brandon replied.
