Man, what a short life it was. I didn't even get to witness all the amazing things in naruto world. Sigh who am I kidding? I should be graceful that got that second chance'

Floating on what appeared to be endless white space, Okuninushi suddenly opened his eyes and thought 'why I'm I able to say what I'm saying right now? I died right? Right?

" Yes, you died"

A calm yet cold voice rung behind Okuninushi's back, turning his head to see who it was. Okuninushi was shock and surprised at the same time.

Smooth, long white hair, a pair of golden color eyes, pale yet smooth skin, handsome face, perfect figure. 

The person was way too perfect to be called human.

"I don't think there was a yaoi tag on this story," said Okuninushi while looking at the man in front of him.

"Well, can't blame you, I'm just too handsome that even you myself fell for it"

"What do you mean, you myself? I feel like you messed up your spelling there"

"No, I didn't, you are me and I'm you, we are the same"

Looking at the man in front of him, Okuninushi's eyes glare dagger at him .

"We are the same?"

"Yes"

"Ooh really?"

"Why do you sound like you don't believe me,"

"Do you think anyone would believe what you just said? We are same? Look at me then look at yourself, we don't look the same at all, I mean you look like a god while I'm just a normal human"

"But I am a god, Okuninushi no kami"

"..."

"Enough with the nonsense talking, it's about time for you to regain your memories, it's time for my, your,our rebirth"

"Our rebirth?"

"Yes, it's time for us to wake up once again, it's time for you to regain your memories"

With those last words, Okuninushi was finally granted his long-lasting wish.

Down the cliff where the dead body of Okuninushi was, a strange phenomenon occurred.

Golden lines suddenly started circling Okuninushi's body, causing a blight of golden light to lighten up the whole vicinity.

As the light finally dim down, a figure could be seen standing tall.

Long white hair that reached his waist, golden color eyes that looked sharped yet magnificent. Now clad in a normal looking black samurai armor, Okuninushi closed his eyes for a few seconds and opened them up again.

(Okuninushi's pov)

Everything was different. My mind was filled with pieces of memories that weren't mine, but at the same time belonged to me.

My body felt light and there was this feeling of energy surging inside of me.

"This is my awakened state?...something doesn't add up"

"The halo," I muttered as I looked at the floating halo on my back.

I had this feeling like I knew everything about myself and the halo on my back, but at the same time, I felt like I was missing some of my memories.

With just a mere thought, a small panel appeared beside me and from the panel emerged a red Katana in a shape of a lightning bolt.

"Ikutachi"

I called the name of the Katana that was in my hand. As I was immersed in the katana that according to my new pieces of memories I had held it for million of times, my ears caught a sound of something cutting the air behind me

My body reflexes reacted as I turned around with a vertical swing from my ikutachi

It was a perfect timing, became my sword, met the bone spear and cut it in equal halves.

Seeing what I just did, I couldn't help but smiled a little.

Suddenly, a rain of sharp bones came pouring down from the sky above me. Using my sword, I deflected a couple of them, but some managed to hit me

But, the surprising fact was that none of those bones pierced me, all of them just hit my armor and dropped to the ground.

My confidence skyrocketed, and I dashed towards the direction where the attacks were coming from

My speed was not normal, if had to rank myself then I would say it's on the level of high rank samurai.

"A samurai!" shouted my attackers. Looking at them, I discovered they were kaguya clan guys, three of them

'It seems like my awakening attracted some attention'.

My first target was the guy who was ahead of the others. Seeing me coming at him, he controlled the bone on his right arm to form three bone claws.

As we were close to attack each other, he made the first move and swung his claw first, but at the same time, I ducked to evade his attack and did a horizontal slash towards his abnormal.

They was a reason why the kaguya clan were bad opponents for samurais. It was due to their kekkii genkai., it was hard to kill them with them manipulating their bone and make them sturdy.

It was always difficult to kill them using a sword, but the sword in my hand was different.

"Ikutachi"

It was a clean cut that passed my enemy's body like it was butter.

His upper body was separated from his lower body and dropped dead with eyes wide open.

Seeing their friend killed in one swoop, the remaining two looked at me with a new impression.

" I like this new me.
