Lex ceased drinking her blood and withdrew. His gaze fixated on the blue-haired girl with a dazed expression.

As he paused, a weird sensation washed over him, and he felt his arm regenerate, which excited him.

After checking his arm and the rest of his body, Lex smiled as he walked over to Silika and grabbed her by the shoulders.

She came to as her blue eyes stared into his red ones as he leaned forward and planted a soft kiss on her plump lips. 

They shared a passionate kiss until the two heard frantic meows from Midnight. Lex separated to see Hive Spawn and Devourers on the bridge's other end.

Lex jumped back but quickly pulled out both Gearhearts and aimed for the bridge. He poured every ounce of mana he could into them.

The guns greedily absorbed everything. They started crackling with an otherworldly power. The bridge beneath his feet seemed to resonate with the energy.
