ATTACK ON TAEYANG CITY- PART TWO: FRED'S STORY

While he ruminated over his sisters' beauty, a big blue fireball that trailed yellow flames descended towards their condo from the sky.

He saw the fireball and thought excitedly, "Oh, what a beautiful shooting star. Ae-cha's wish came through. What a lucky girl."

Ae-cha was the name of his youngest sister. His parents were from Argentina, but they relocated to South Korea. Fred and his siblings were born in South Korea. His parents decided to give his sisters Korean names.

"What! What the fuck?! A shooting star got past the upper atmosphere! Noooo!" He yelled in distress.

The ball of fire he saw was almost the size of a mature lioness. Even if the mass of fire was a meteoroid, it would still be calamitous if it were to hit the ground.

He dropped the bag of onions and ran frantically to his house while waving and shouting at his sisters to leave the house. His parents were also in the house.

He pulled out his phone and dialled his mother's number. His mother's phone rang, but she didn't pick up the call because she was riding her husband in the bedroom. The call ran its duration and then he called his father, but his father didn't pick up the call. Dad was having the time of his life.

Ae-cha and her sister Da-Eun didn't understand why their brother waved at them. Also, they couldn't hear what he screamed.

Ae-cha asked her sister, "Why is big bro still waving at us?"

"I'm not sure," Da-Eun said, shrugging her shoulders. She thought of something and said, "Maybe he thinks that our toys are chocolates and that dad gave them to us."

"I thought he said he had grown past being given treats."

"I'm older than you, and that means I know Big Bro more than you do. Let me tell you, big bro is a cunning guy."

Ae-cha was disappointed in her brother. She turned and frowned at him.

Da-eun suggested, "Let's act as if our toys are chocolate bars. It will make him excited and he will run home faster," she cackled diabolically.

The girls pretended as if their toys were chocolate bars. They waved it at Fred.

Fred was shedding tears while he yelled. "What is wrong with you?" Run! Please run!"

With a violent explosion, the big fire ball exploded after it crashed into the condo Fred and his family lived in. The explosion impacted and blew away anything within a seven hundred metre radius.

Debris from the explosion impacted other structures and people a few kilometres outside the area of effect.

Fred was also impacted by the explosion. He was flung two hundred metres backwards from the spot where he was standing a split second before the explosion. He crash landed on the ground and passed out.

Thirty seconds later, he regained consciousness. His whole body ached, but he quickly forgot about it when he remembered his family. He slowly got to his feet. As he got up, he noticed an arm on his front torso. He checked it out and discovered it was a severed arm.

"Noooo!" He shrieked when he recognised who the arm belonged to. It was Ae-cha's arm. There was a beaded bracelet on the arm which had Ae-cha's full name: Ae-cha Flower Gonzales, inscribed on the beads.

He got up and ran to the condo he lived in.He arrived at the building's location, but the condo had been reduced to ashes. He entered a trance, but streams of tears continuously left his eyes.

Meanwhile, Ivy and ten other spell-binders descended from the sky while they rode three Wild-Tigers. One of the Wild-Tigers belonged to Douglas. The Wild-Tigers had the ability to fly for a limited time.

The band of spell-binders digested the scene. A lot of people survived the explosion. But most of them came out with injuries.

Ivy circulated mystic qi around her body and said to her crew, "Guys, the explosion did a number here. Unfortunately, these human beings are stubborn!" She stomped her right foot on the ground.

A boulder was commanded out of the ground. They floated away and then smashed a number of people who were still on the debris they had just come out of. Those that saw the boulder squash the people on the debris were terrified at what happened. Most of the people didn't see the spell-binders. But one of the few people who saw the spell-binders and recognised them warned the others, "Spell-binders!"

The other people heeded the warning and ran for their lives.

Ivy commanded her team, "Grill them! I want half of this city to be grilled!"

The other spell-binders were all fire element casters at the regular level. The ten spell-binders were split into two groups of five. A wild-Tiger also went with each group. The groups went opposite ways. They hunted and burned the fleeing people to death.

The two Wild-Tigers were more powerful than the spell-binders that were in their company, and so the demon pets bordered less on killing fleeing human beings. The demon pets went to the areas that were yet to be attacked and then unleashed mayhem on the areas.

BOOM, BOOM, BOOM! Three explosions from one of the Wild Tigers and five buildings were violently dismantled.
