Chapter 244 - The poisoned client

Yuna sneezed loudly and rubbed her nose. "I think I caught a cold," she mumbled, rubbing her arms.

"wrap yourself up." Eric gave her his scarf.

Yan wrapped herself tightly in the woolen scarf and sighed. "How far did she run off to? This forest is so dense."

They were both presently walking in the deep forest range behind their client's house. It was 6 am and the sun was rising. They only had a short window before the ghost gets burned by the sunlight. They had to find their possessed girl before that.

The path they were walking was uncharted and had never been walked in. So Eric had to cut a way for them to move in. With a huge grass-cutting knife he sliced off the shrubbery in their way.

"Are you sure she went this way? There are no traces of their movement."

Eric knocked her head slightly. "don't look with your eyes. Use your yin-yang eyes."
