The residue of Old Ethan Lu
Lexi remained silent the whole time the three evacuated the place. On the other hand, Ethan Lu also didn't defend himself anymore as he remained kneeling on the washboard.
He would be lying he if said he wasn't amused at Lexi's reasoning earlier. It was enough for him to go cray cray and fanboy to his lovely genius girlfriend. Hence, knowing that she would be reasonable to him as well, Ethan Lu was relieved that she wasn't jealous about the lady cleaner earlier.
As soon as the main door shut close, Lexi's piercing gaze turned more violent which almost made Ethan Lu jolt from the washboard.
'Why did she look even angrier now?' He wondered in panic inwardly.
"What a beautiful scenery... two huge smooth mountains, a curvy path towards the bottom of the hills— Ethan Lu, how do I skin you alive?" Repeating the compliment the lady cleaner had reminded her of and reported to her, Lexi ground her teeth.
