Chapter 3. A Safe Haven

"I will change, you always make me worried," said a lion. The lion then revealed its true form to Asti, Albert and Henri. Henri, who had seen the lion for a long time, was not surprised but Albert realised. That the lion who worked and now changed his form was a warrior who had trained in martial arts since childhood. Water was pouring down from the sky but in the place of a young man who could transform into an eagle. His house was so sturdy, the roof made of strong thatch and very expensive wood. In this safe place, Henri, the lion, Asti and Albert took shelter. Yes, Henri's house was a little small but with magic, it became spacious when entering.

"Uncle, I want to make a potion. Here are ginger, orange, and celery leaves." An old man then put the herbal and orange-leaf liquid into a wooden vessel. In a large wooden vessel, he stirred until the lumps of water coalesced.

"Forgive your uncle, he's a bit talented when he sees people hurt."

Asti narrowed her eyes, she didn't know what to do with Albert anymore. She felt bad for her pet lion and wanted to help. Asti had also met a lion she knew, Asti was very afraid to say his name to say hello.

The man was casting magic, and Asti didn't even blink. In Henri's place, there was a lion turned into a human. Asti thought to herself, how could there be a lion turned into a human? Is this the world of magic?

Of course, Albert couldn't stay silent, he didn't want Asti to be splashed by the water of the unfinished potion. Perhaps, the potion would further turn Asti into not remembering who she was because of the evil nobleman's actions.

"Uncle, is the potion delicious?" Asti asked, sticking out her tongue.

Asti made Henri snap his fingers and out came a spell. But something made the old man fall and lose consciousness.

As Teranos lay there, Albert called his name and checked the wrist of the fallen lion. Once again Albert leaned close to Teranos' ear and whispered, "Uncle, are you sick? If it hurts, nod, if not move your hand."

There was no nod or movement of Teranos' hand, as they were busy helping Teranos. It was a remark that caused the people near Asti and Teranos to fall silent.

"Is this safe for uncle?" asked Asti, raising her hands to the ceiling. Henri then released magic, the magic aura from within him emitted a golden-coloured light. Henri's light is believed to be the most powerful magic for healing. Henri caused a shock in Teranos, his hand was like a taser to make the heart function again. The blood in Teranos' veins still hadn't reached the brain, and the longer Teranos' consciousness weakened. Asti still hadn't realised that her uncle had been hit by magic while protecting her.

"He seems to have fallen asleep, is there any medicine to wake him up?" Henri asked Albert. I've learnt to wake him up with a smell like spring onions near his nose. Does this work, Albert thought.

"How about using leeks?" Albert asked back. Then, Albert took out the leeks and shallots, crushed them and immediately gave them to Henri. "The lion's sleep magic might wake him up."

Albert then checked Teranos' wrist, with a very powerful magic Albert checked.

"It's lighter," said Henri. Henri wondered if he could bring a lion that was still under anaesthetic. Meanwhile, it was raining heavily outside and some enemies were lurking. Albert then put on his cloak and took out a magic magnifying glass. He then looked through the magnifying glass.

"Henri, your mum will be here soon and she's safe," Albert said. With eagle wings, Henri's mother flew around the sky slowly. Her sharp eyes like a magnifying glass saw some enemies in the trees in disguise. Fireflies gave her safe directions, and a witch disguised as an eagle descended and transformed into a beautiful and graceful old woman. She walks and feeds the fireflies. A magic game was played to outwit the enemy, fireflies playing the harps to put the enemy to sleep.

A knock on the door was heard, and Albert who was near opened it. The wind turned to snow, the water turned to snow as the temperature in the forest went out of control.

"Henri, who's sleeping?" asked the woman who came in. Lillian then checked, she covered her mouth in surprise and then immediately rushed to put the fish and vegetables in place.

"Teranos, are you all right? Teranos, if it hurts, tell me."

"Aunty, where did you get this cork fish? It looks so delicious." Albert then made medicine from the cork fish, Lillian then checked, but she sighed because there was no serious injury to Teranos.

"This is strange, why did Asti get hurt inside?" asked Lillian. She then remembered that her Asian friend had brought the cork fish with teleportation magic so it didn't take long.

"Your uncle is hurt and you're even worse," Lillian said to Asti. Lillian then fed the steamed cork fish with turmeric. Albert also fed Asti the cork fish, Asti and Teranos both ate the cork fish slowly. One mouthful was finished, and Asti then called a talented witch who became a cat. The wizard was then surprised to see Teranos and Lillian here.

"Master, are you here? Why is Master Teranos asleep?" asked Siana. A witch transformed into a human. From cat to human, with a beautiful appearance.

"Aunty, this is Siana. She is my assistant and spy."

"I already know, we are friends with Teranos. And we also recruited a student named Siana."

Siana then administered an ointment to wake Teranos, as the young woman deftly.

"Siana, you know Uncle Teranos. I didn't expect you to be able to save him," Asti said.

Henri and Albert checked on a man who had started to wake up, but Teranos needed to sleep to recover magic energy so as not to make the enemy savage because of the awakening of the sleeping king. Asti was unhappy to still be at her best friend's house, while she watched her uncle fall into the river.

"Pama ... uncle ... fell in the river ...," said Asti. Her mind recovered after eating cork fish and celery leaves. Asti then read her uncle's heart again, she then pulled out snow from her hands. The ice magic that came from Asti's cold body temperature, made the heir to the white kingdom rise again.

"Snow magic!"

Snow Magic was the strongest healing magic that the upper-class nobles possessed. Only those with holy hearts could cast and heal with Snow magic.

"Top-level healing," said Lillian. Lillian wondered where Teranos' nephew had gone all this time, not expecting the boy to bring his best friend and girlfriend.

"I went out, and looked around."

Lillian looked around, the enemies on the mountain were still not visible. Transforming into an eagle, Lillian flew up and saw that the enemy was trapped in the snow, a magic eye known as the eagle eye. It could see the enemy from a hundred kilometres away. Lillian could even see the enemy trapped and buried by looking at the mountains. Lillian dismounted and said to Henri, "The enemy is still trapped in the snow and buried."

"We're still too early to go to the human village."

'The enemy is still looking for you, Asti. You must be careful," Albert advised Asti. Asti nodded as Albert made the suggestion, the woman who was still in love with the talented wizard was still near Albert.

"The enemy can't get in," Henri muttered.

"I have a friend, he will help you."

Then a witch came out of the forest and he was blue. He was a shark witch who would be a shield.
