Angry Jack

Zara refrained from commenting on their conversation, but her gaze shifted towards Hendry, indicating her desire to cancel the plan he had made. However, she hesitated, fearing that it would hurt his feelings, so she remained silent.

"Hendry, make sure you look after Lia. If she comes back and even a single strand of her hair is out of place, you'll face the consequences. Remember that," Andrew cautioned his son with a stern expression.

"Dad, there's no need to worry. I won't let a single hair strand of hers go unnoticed," Hendry assured his father.

Kylie grinned at Zara and said, "Lia, have a blast. I wanted to take you shopping too, but your brother beat me to it. So pick out whatever you like."

Zara simply nodded in response. Jack was still fast asleep since he was not a morning person. Olivia had to leave for school by eight, so she quickly freshened up and headed downstairs for breakfast.

It was almost 8 o'clock, so after finishing her meal, she planned to head off to school. When she reached the living room, she saw everyone chatting and laughing happily, which made her feel a twinge of envy.

"Good morning, Mom. Good morning, Dad. Good morning, Second Brother." Olivia cheerfully greeted the three before turning her face towards Zara.

And with a strained smile, "Good morning, sister." "Good morning, Olivia. Ready for school?" Kylie asked with a smile. "Yes, Mom."

"Good morning, Olivia." Hendry greeted her with a smile and then quickly turned his attention to his phone, scrolling through it. Olivia was initially surprised to see her health-conscious brother so engrossed in his mobile device.

As she approached him, her curiosity piqued and she inquired, "Second Brother, what has captured your attention? You seem completely engrossed."

Without raising his gaze, Hendry responded, "I'm actually looking for some places to go shopping."

Kylie, observing her son's serious demeanor, dismissed Olivia's concern and suggested, "Don't worry about him, Olivia. Let's go have breakfast."

Andrew, rising from his chair, joined in with a smile and said to Zara, "Come on, Lia. Let's enjoy our breakfast together."

Hendry swiftly glanced up, rose from his chair, and positioned himself in front of Zara, obstructing her view. Andrew gazed at him intently and inquired gravely, "What's your intention?"

"Dad, your daughter won't be joining you for breakfast today." "Don't even think about letting my daughter skip her breakfast!" Andrew angrily raised his voice at his son.

Hendry, maintaining his composure, replied, "Why would I let her skip breakfast? It's not good for her." "Then let her eat. Why are you preventing her?" Kylie questioned, puzzled by Hendry's actions.

Hendry made an announcement, looking at Zara, saying, "I'm going to take Lia out for breakfast. We'll eat outside. Come on, sis!"

Zara, who had been silent until now, didn't know how to respond. However, she stared at Hendry with suspicion, as if he was trying to forcefully take her out, afraid that others might intervene and separate them.

Kylie observed Hendry's behavior and suggested, "At least let her take what she wants." "Mom, I'll cover the expenses. She has her phone, so we'll be fine!"

Noticing Hendry's eagerness, Andrew looked at him and warned, "Remember what I told you." Andrew gave him a serious look. "Don't worry, Dad. I have everything under control."

Hendry glanced at his sister and flashed a warm smile. "Hey Lia, ready to go?" he asked. "If I say no, would you abandon me?" Zara teased.

"Absolutely not!" Hendry replied emphatically. Zara observed his smile with a helpless shake of her head.

"Alright then, let's get moving," Hendry suggested. "Mm," Zara agreed. They exited the grand mansion, wearing casual attire, and hopped into Hendry's Sedan.

He started the engine, ready for their adventure. Meanwhile, inside the mansion, Olivia remained bewildered and lost in her thoughts. She turned to Kylie, her confusion evident. "Mom, what's going on? Where are Second brother and Sister headed?"

Kylie beamed and mentioned, "Oh, it seems like they're heading out for some shopping." She held Andrew's hand affectionately. "Come on, Olivia. Let's go grab some breakfast." Kylie motioned for Olivia to join them.

Olivia's mind was still preoccupied with thoughts of her second brother taking Zara out, and it tugged at her heartstrings. She managed to make her way to the dining table but couldn't find the appetite to eat anything.

Eventually, she took a few bites and excused herself, bidding farewell to Kylie and Andrew before leaving for school. As she stepped outside the house, Gia followed her to the car as well.

Olivia stopped and looked at Gia, who stayed still as if waiting for directions. "Gia, do you know where the second brother was taking her?"

"No, Young Miss. The staff said that even the girl didn't know where she was going." "Young Miss, concentrate on your studies now. Good luck with your exams." Gia tried to calm Olivia's worries.

When Olivia realized she had someone to rely on, she smiled, waved goodbye, and got into the car.

After nine in the morning, Jack woke up and freshened up before heading downstairs. To his surprise, there was no one there, so he called out to Ava, "Hey Ava, where is everyone?"

Ava glanced up and replied respectfully, "Sir and Madam are in their study, Young Master. Ms. Olivia has gone to school." "And what about my sister?" "Third Young Master, Ms. Zara went out."

"Did she go alone?" Jack asked, feeling confused. "No, Third Young Master. Ms. Zara went out with Second Young Master."

"What?!" Jack exclaimed, losing his cool upon hearing that his second brother had kidnapped his sister even before he woke up.

He hurriedly made his way to his father's study and tapped on the door before going in. "Did you eat breakfast?" Kylie inquired, eyeing her son as he entered. "Mom, where did Hendry take Lia?"

"What? Are you upset now?" Kylie glanced at Jack and asked, a smile playing on her lips. "Why would he be upset? If he wanted to spend time with his sister, he should have been more careful." Andrew added fuel to Jack's anger.

Kylie simply smiled as she observed her third son, his face turning red with anger as if he had been abandoned by someone.

"Why are you acting like an abandoned child?" "Don't go out saying that you're the one managing the Adam's companies." Kylie and Andrew added looking at their son.

Jack stormed out in anger and retreated to his room. Kylie asked Ava to take breakfast to Jack's room since she knows her son well. He wouldn't feel like coming down to eat with his foul mood.
