After Lieutenant Chen briefed Emily about the complete rundown of this place, everyone except Emily, Samantha, and Elle were left seated in the briefing room.

Emily was going over the information she was just given, but she knew she had to change many things about how this place was run, not because she found flaws in them, even though there were a few. No, it's not that; it's mostly because of the stunt she pulled that has made her unpopular with the women.

Killing the men was extreme, and she can't hope to change people's minds through speeches and fear. She needs to take the offensive; otherwise, there will be a bloodbath, and unfortunately for those women, it would be their own blood being spilt.

Emily leaned back in her chair and sighed. She made a quick glance at Samantha, who looked as if she wanted to say something but was hesitant because of Elle's presence.
