"If it does then good, that means we will get people who wish to stay with our company and not those who are looking to use us as a stepping stone. I do not want unfaithful talents. In this industry, it would cause a company to go under if they train and drop a lot of money into a talent for them to run to another company. The five hundred million is our safety net. If we can get talents that are worth nurturing then we have a win-win situation. Since more than likely, once we have them settled into their careers, they will not go elsewhere as long as their contract is better than the rest." Feng Xi explained as she took a bite out of the pastry in front of her.
"Then what do we do with our current situation?" Dia Fen was still worried that with no talents they would have a major setback.
