Chapter Thirty Three: Birth Day Revised

Past

" Shawn..you must kill him" Shawn's Father explains. " I don't want to.." Shawn denies the request. " Shawn..you know this had to happen. This has been your job from the beginning. You have to reset things before they get any worse. You have to kill him..or the world will be destroyed" Shawn's Father's words, echo in his head as he stares on at Gabriel who stands in front of him in Outworld. He never wanted to let this happen. He never wanted things to come to this. Why couldn't Gabriel and Kara just work through their issues. Why is this so hard for them. " Shawn looks to the Giant black Prison, holding Kara within it.

Shawn's brothers descend on Gabriel who tries to fight them off. " Gabriel..." Shawn goes to step forward but stops himself. " I cant..I have to have faith that they can work through this...I can't kill him..I can't do it " Shawn turns and walks the other way.

" You know what you are doing" Savine says to Shawn whom he was standing behind.

" Yeah well. You did the same shit...that's why you were out casted. " Yeah. I know" Savine says as Abilene and Patrah step out from behind him. " It never gets easier" Abilene whimpers. " It is never fair" Patrah adds. " Let's hope they change.." Savine smiles.

Preasent

" Shawn..are you sure?" Raven cries, staring down at Penelope. " Yes. I'm sure. It has already been set in place. There is no going back. You know that " Shawn explains. " Is Lysette ready? Is she going to be able to take care of her? Will she have everything she needs? " Raven leans down and kisses Penelope's forehead.

" Sure will be fine. She will make sure she is safe and you know that. Margaret will help her..they will be fine" And with that Shawn lifts up baby Penelope, and kisses her one last time before he reaches down and places her hand over her chest. " This will bring you back home when the time is right. Hopefully things will be better by then" He smiles. " I love you Penny " He kisses her forehead, the moment his lips touch her forehead, she dissapears.

Raven takes Shawn's hand and walks with him outside as the sky has now turned bright red. " Is this going to hurt? " she asks.

" It always does" Shawn smiles as he looks up, the red column of light burst as the eye finally closes again and causes a massive magical force wave that levels everything that it touches. Eventually reaching Raven and Shawn.

18 years later

" Penny it's time to get up for school. You've got class today" Penny rubs her eyes. Her blonde hair a mess, her blue eyes having bags under them, rolls out of bed with a groan and stares out the window, seeing that Grass is starting to grow again. " Finally..." Penny smiles.

" Come on, You are going to be late birthday girl " Lysette calls again. " Happy Birthday to me" Penny smiles
