"Young man, do you need some help?"an short old man with a long withe beard asked Scar.
"A little help would be appreciated."said Scar while trying to remain awake.
"Follow me, young man, I have some medicines in my home. It's just a few minutes away from here."
They walked for more than 15 minutes trough the forest , but the sleepy Scar didn't seem to notice. When he saw the house, he remained stuned. It looked like a small hut, to small for someone to live in it. After the old manopened the door, Scar was already wide awake and almost had a heart attack. The inside of the hut was ten times bigger than it looked on the outside and it was similar to a rangers house back on Earth.
"I forgot to introduce myself, my title is Royal Mage Lukart, but you can call me Uncle Lukart. If you are curious about my house you should become my appretince."
The sudden invitation made Scar trip and fall. It was the last thing he expected to happen.
"Why would I accept the invitation when you don't even know my name."
"Scar, you came here from Earth about an year ago, am I right. You came a bit later than the other geniuses, but that's my luck. You are the new batch."
"Why does everyone talk about batches, I am not some kind of produse."
"It's normal to be so confused, but if you become my appretince, you will learn everything."
Scar remained thinking the whole time he cleaned his wounds and healed them. He thought of the best course of action, but the conclusion he reached was that his best option was Lukart.
"I've decided. I am willing to become your appretince if you explain me why you chose me."
"First, all the people in this batch are geniuses, but they are already taken. And second , I see that you already comprehended a Energy Art without any tehnique."
"Alright Uncle Lukart, but what is a Energy Art?"
"A Energy Art is what was called back on Earth a spell. It's the tehnique used to materialize the energy in the air and use it. You managed to manifest the energy, but failed to shape it and exploit it and that caused the rupture on your skin."
"I heard you talking about Earth a lot, so everyone is from it?"
"Of course not, Earth is one of the weakest planets with humans, but that's the one I came from too."
'What, Earth is the weakest?'Scars mind couldn't belive what was hearing.
"Times up with the questions. You should rest, because tomorrow will be a hard day. I'm famous even in the upper floors, so becoming my appretince means a lot of hardship"
The moment Scar's head touched the pillow he fell asleep. The next morning, he thought that everythingwas a dream and he would wake up in the inn's bead together with Dovik's group.
Unfortunately, Lukart appearaed out of nowhere and left Scar dumbstruck. He was wondering if he would do the same one day .
"Here you go young man, this is the program you will have to face for the next years."he said while laughing.
When Scar read it's content, he couldn't belive his eyes. He would do phisical training for three hours, wepon of choice practice for three hours, Energy Art training for an incredible five hours, learning about the world for one hour and energy absorbtion for two hours. With this program he would have just two hours to eat and for the free time, and than eight hours to sleep.
Lukart's laugh became more lound when he saw his expresion.
"What were you expecting. This isn't just a competition anymore. You will have to fight for survival in this world."
The phisical training was a weird combination of yoga and calisthenics, but Scar realized soon that he couldn't be more wrong. His muscles were burning after an hour and at the end of the training sesion he nearly fainted from exhaustion. The next thing on the program was energy absorbtion and Scar calmed down when he saw that. It was a soothing activity that had healing properties and was necesary for breaktroughs. Now that Scar was on the begginer Delta stage in terms of phisical power and a medium Gama in terms of energy, but if he entered his monster form he was beyond Delta on both stats.
Scar could cultivate while moving, but when he meditated the amount he recived was nearly thrice. He didn't know that this was the only rest he would get betwen trainings.
