Loss Of Light
Tasia looked around. Everything looked very strange, but she did not notice the oddity. Where did her grandma actually go?
"Tasia!" Aunt Janet's voice came back again but Tasia did not know where it came from. Tasia immediately came out of the room just to find the empty hospital corridor while the call kept on ringing.
"Yes, Aunty! I am here! Where are you?!" She replied loudly as she walked down the dimly lit corridor towards the brighter end. The light there was blindly bright so that she couldn't see what was on ahead. But, it heard like the voice was coming from there.
The call kept repeating although Tasia had already answered it. Tasia hastened her steps towards the source of the light. The further she walked, the brighter the light be that finally blinding her vision to only blank white.
"Tasia!" The girl felt her body being shaken continuously. Tasia opened her eyes slowly and faintly saw her aunt's face which looked very panicked and pale.
