Coming Home

Strolling back home from school, Diana was humming to a song playing on her headphones. She went by the mart and got her favorite chocolate milkshake and chocolate cake. This are the little things she loves to indulge herself with, everyday after school. She was thinking of the movie she would download later at night to watch when she had to suddenly stop in her tracks because of the traffic of cars in front of her house. This was an unusual occurrence in her family. They don't have friends who are billionaires and who drive exotic cars. Or do they??? She was wondering, in her entire 17 plus years on earth she has never known her family to socialize with the rich and famous. On second thought she started walking faster towards home, a thought suddenly occurred to her that maybe a member of her family had offended a big wig and now her family has to pay. Maybe that's why a fleet of cars were loitering the front of her house.
