Chapter 6 Hunger for battle

Leaving the restaurant. I headed towards the direction of the starseizing sect, they are only going to be recruiting for 2 months. old man Shi found out the location of it for me, and got some news, but they meant nothing to me.

It will take us a total of 1 month to get there on foot, so I punched the air two times. Two dragons flew out with a roar, as me and old man Shi jumped on flying off into the sky.

Although the dragon was smaller and slower than the dragon arrow, it was still faster than on foot.

Back in the restaurant the young Noble left to go tell his brother. There was a formation that would take someone closer to starseizing sect within the town. If Draken was to know of this, he would give some good slaps to the old man.

20 days later

Finally Draken and old man Shi arrived at starseizing sect. Jumping down from the two dragons, we walked up to some sects disciples guards.

Old man Shi walked up to them and with a small bow he got the information about the process to join the sect. The two guards didn't dare to act arrogant in front of me.

We then went within the sect to the trial ground. As we went in we saw a large line, hint to old man Shi we went to ask one of those who was in the line.

As he came back he told me that they are waiting to take the trial so they could join the sect. I sighed it will take days for me to finally be my time.

Giving some rank 2 spirit stones to the old man, he went around to see if someone was going to give me their spots in line. It didn't take long for someone to expect the stones as they happily left.

In the divine realm there is a different rank for spirits stones which is from 1 to 9.

(I got lazy with this ranking)

With the spot I took it would only take a few hours which was acceptable. Some cultivators were displeased with my action, but what can they do?

Before entering the line I had the old man enter my heavenly world, with every one focused on the test ahead of them they didn't see this.

Few hours later it was my turn there was a stone in front of me that would test my bone age. There were also more stones that would test more things. Walking up to the stone I placed my hand on it as a golden blow shone.

A voice could be heard from the stone as he spoke. "Bone age under 30." This shocked everyone who heard this, but when they saw my cultivation they shocked their head.

Unlike the lower realm it was much easier to breakthrough to high god in the divine realm.

Walking to the next stone, this one would test me talent, Meaning my godhead. Every godhead has their own ranks the higher the more talented a person is.

Before placing my hand onto the stone I tried my best to lower the rank of my godhead to the sovereign rank. I was too talented to the point it was dangerous. So until I have a good amount of strength I would play by the rules.

(The highest known god is sovereign rank within the divine realm and celestial realm. Godheads like supreme rank are those that are unique.)

With ease the devouring god head rank dropped its rank to top grade godhead. Although this was still dangerous I can't have someone as talented as me look like those pigs.

Placing my hand on the stone a blinding golden light shone. This caught the attention of the elders as they all came flying. They hid within the void as they watched.

The stone then spoke "godhead rank top grade sovereign, unknown godhead."

I only showed my devouring godhead and nothing more. Within an instant the elders of the sect appeared around me as they looked at me with a disbelieving look.

Looking at them I frowned. 'Do I look like an endangered species to them.' I thought as I looked at their eyes.

One of the elders couldn't help it but take my hand to see for himself. He froze when he saw it for himself. "Hurry call the ancestor it's really a sovereign rank godhead to top it up it a top graded one." He yelled like a crazy person as he forgot that he was an elder.

Although I was a bit displeased they all took my hand as they checked for themself. I made a head note to come here one day to beat the shit out of these elders.

Not too long later a rip in space could be seen as the ancestor and the sect leader came running. They quickly ran to me as they too checked for themself. But after a moment there joy disappeared as he thought of something.

"Sigh me can't keep him me most report this to the headquarters." Said the ancestor who had a scar over this left eye. He looked at me with a sigh and said "kid what's your name."

"My name is Draken." I Replied calmly. When the ancestor saw how I could stay calm under his presents, he nodded.

"Good although your cultivation might me low but your future is limitless. Come with me until someone from headquarters comes to get you. I will try to give you all you need for your cultivation." He said with a smile as we disappeared.

With this action I could guess that he was at least high godking. Teleportation was something a peak god king could do, it takes up a lot of energy.

We reappeared within a large room that looked like it could be a home for an emperor. The Spiritual energy here could be said to be equal to a rank 2 spirit stone.

"This is one of our best room, I see you don't have a spirit ring. Here take this it full of 500 grade 3 spirit stones. that could be enough to break through to the heavenly god realm." He said with a kind smile.

Looking at this I smiled as I understood what he was doing. 'Trying to make friends for benefits wHell I'm still a nobody.' I thought.

Looking at him with a smile "I will remember elders' generosity."

The ancestor smiled seeing this and nodded as he left. As he left I sat down as I started devouring the spirit stones at a fast speed.

In a few minutes all of the spirit stones were gone. My cultivation grew to the 8th level of high god. Although a normal high god would be able to enter heavenly god with just 10 stones.

Sitting there I looked at the spiritual energy so I devoured it. With the speed the energy regenerated it couldn't not keep up, So this room was as dry as the desert, No the desert had more spiritual energy. Having nothing to do I left the room.

There were guards that were guarding the room, when they saw me they quickly bowed. "Young lord we thought you were cultivating." They said as they looked at me.

Shaking my head "I finish all of the spirit stones the ancestor gave me. So I was going out to look around." I said calmly.

The guards were in disbelief but when they sense the room, they were shocked. Seeing that I was leaving they quickly caught up.

"Young lord we were ordered to guard you, so we can't let you out of our sight." They said as they walked by my side.

I nodded as I continued walking. "Do you know when the headquarters would come to get me." I asked

"No my lord but at most it would be 10 days. The sect leader himself may come to get you, and take you as his direct disciple." Said one of the guards with an envious look.

Hearing his words I couldn't help but think of the problems that would happen, when I reject the request to take me as his disciple.

Walking around the sect no one dared to even walk up to me when they saw how arrogant looked. After a few hours, I got bored. Looking at the guards I started asking questions.

"Do you guys have a rank of the top talented disciples of the sect. If so point out the ones who are around the cultivation of heavenly god level." I said with a bored look.

Although the two didn't know they told me and so I went to challenge them. The two guards were scared, but couldn't do a thing.

Looking at the young man in front of me, his name was Wang something I forgot. His cultivation was at perfection level 8 heavenly god.

(He is not important so I will not kill my brain over trying to come up with a name.)

He was displeased that the fact someone who only had the cultivation of a high god dared to challenge him, but see the guards behind him he did dare to show it as the guards were elders of the sect.

And so we went to an arena. Soon nosy sect disciples came to watch

"I will let you have the first 5 moves." I said as I yawned. This angered wang a lot as he almost lost control.

He was a talented describ of the sect and was about to reach the perfection of heavenly god realm, and here is a high god challenging him with a lazy look. This is too much.

Without saying a word he tapped the air a little, as a strong focus was sent towards me. This was strong enough to defeat a normal high god level 8 without killing them.

Seeing the attack I didn't even bother to block or devour it. It hit me right in the chest, and nothing happened.

Everyone although everyone who saw this was shocked they didn't think too much about it.

Looking at him with disappointment I said "so is this what a so called genius could do, why not use the strength you use you suck milk."

Everyone one who heard this went quiet. 'Does this guy not know how to show face, how could he be so arrogant when just being a lonely high god.' They thought speechlessness

Wang's face went red as he heard my words "you asked for it." He said coldly as he taped the air again.

This time the attack was much stronger, but I didn't do anything.

Looking at him with a look of disdain I said "if this is the best you could do just roll off this stage for me."

When wang saw that look of disdain like I saw the most unworthy thing in the world he stopped holding back his punches.

As he tapped the ari this time a sword chi flew towards me, this sword chi had the power of a heavenly god rank 3. He aimed for my leg.

With speed no high god could react to it hitting my leg, but to everyone's shock it did nothing.

"Sigh that your 3rd attack hurry up so I could go challenge the rare talents, it is clear that you used Underhanded method to get this far." I said as I took out a chair waiting for him to hurry up.

Everyone who was watching could not believe what they were watching. "So arrogant and domineering and he is just a high god." I said one of the nosy disciple.

"Snort it's obvious that senior brother Wang is holding back." Said another nosy disciple.

Wang who was looking at me almost died from anger. With blood red eyes he didn't care about my background anymore as he threw a stronger attack.

Another sword chi flew towards me with the power of a heavenly god level 7. See this attack the guards were about to jump in but almost fell down when they heard my words.

"So this is the power you use to suck you mother t*ts." I said as I looked at the attack as I lifted one hand grabbing it like grabbing an apple of a tree.

I of course put energy within my hands so I would not be hurt. Grabbing the attack, the chair I was sitting on was sent sliding backwards. Looking at the attack within my hand the devouring godhead started devouring it at a quick speed.

"Well if this is your best please get going. I will try to find a real opponent." I said as I yawned.

No one heard my words as they were shocked from what they saw. "Impossible who can a high god have such strength." Said one of the guards.

Wang coming out of his shock saw me yawn and with gritted teeth took out a sword and said "it looks like you are worthy of my sword, hurry up and pull out your weapon." He said this with a look in his eyes that was hunger for a battle.

Seeing this stood up with a smile "the only weapons I have are these two fist as my weapons. You still have one more attack, hurry up." I said with eyes full of hunger for battle.

Wang saw the look in my eyes smile as he threw an attack that was equal to a high god level 1. See this I showed a toothy smile.

We both disappeared from our spot.
