"Open it," Minato urged Midori as he rolled Midori back to her ward.
"No."
"Why not? Just read it out loud for us to hear," Arata said.
"No. It's private."
Both brothers exchanged knowing glances.
"So this thing between the two of you is now private, hm?" Minato snickered.
Midori turned her head and shot her second eldest brother a look.
"It has always been, Minato-Niichan."
"Fine, fine. Forgive me for being nosy. I am just concerned about my baby sister."
Midori pressed her lips together in indignation.
"Onii-chan, when can I go home?"
"By 'home', I hope you mean our family house and not your dilapidated shack at Ginza."
"It's not a dilapidated shack anymore," Midori insisted. "It's brand new now."
"Aha."
Minato clearly did not believe her.
