[A/N: Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you all have a great day :) ]

In the distance, I see a beautiful town that has many houses and townhouses made out of brick. The town looks even more beautiful with the snow on the roofs. As I walk, I see Christmas decorations on each house, and in the middle of the town, there is a huge tree with a lot of decorations and lights. I appreciate the views for a while and then start making my way to a pokemart.

Since I used all of my pokeballs on the zubats, I decided to restock. I buy around 20 pokeballs and put them in my large bag. After that, I find a good area to train and release all of my pokemon. I continue to train Rimuru the same way I did before because he still wasn't very used to his body and strength. For Binacle, I helped him more compared to the others because he was still inexperienced and low leveled. He was still working on his rock element control, as I wanted him to have good control over it before he evens starts practicing his water element. I gave him some pointers and told him some strategies he could use in battles. For Raikage, I made her continue to practice her punches and putting some elements into it, and Ginkaku and Kinkaku were working on their dark element.

For the Stantler with the red nose I caught, I just made him work on stamina and strength training by running around and putting weights on his back. I decided to nickname him Rudolph, but he will just be around chilling, he won't be a battler and it's not like he wants to become one anyway. I myself worked on my resistance to temperatures. I realized that my adaptation has slowed down a little, I'm guessing that it was perhaps buffed by God so that I could get used to this world. I take off my shirt and start doing push-ups, sit-ups, squats and some running in the snow. I don't feel very cold, so I decide to take things up a notch and go to a river.

I break the ice off the top and dip my hand in. I instinctively pull it out after feeling how cold it is. I slowly dip other parts of my body in the river, and after a while, I feel an ever so slight decrease in temperature when I dip my hand in the water. After a couple more hours, my body adapts slightly to the freezing cold, but not to the level where the cold is bearable.

[A/N: Think of his adaptability ability like SCP 682 but extremely nerfed. Basically, for people who don't know about SCP 682, he has the ability to adapt to anything extremely quickly, in fact, the rate he adapts to situations is very quick to the point where he is probably invincible. For example, one time oxygen from the room where SCP 682 was staying was removed, and after suffocating for a bit, he ended up not needing oxygen anymore. I may or may not be trying to flex my SCP knowledge right now....]

All my pokemon improve a bit, but not to the level where it is too obvious. I return all of them to their pokeballs, and make my way to the library of the big town. While I was there, I memorize a bunch of books for taking care of a pokemon egg. I wanted the Skiddo to be very healthy as soon as it's born so that we could start training immediately. I also read some books about Skiddo and Gogoat, but there wasn't any info on them about battling, only some tips for transportation.

After an hour or two in the library, I make my way to the pokecenter, so I could rent out a room. As I enter the pokecenter, I see a young man that looks about 13 years old with wavy black hair covering his left eye a bit, he has a blue jacket on with white stripes and black pants with black running shoes. His eyes have a hint of blue and brown. I look at him to find out his aura while he's talking to Nurse Joy. He has one of the kindest and purest aura's I've ever seen. As he turns around he has a genuine smile on his face, as he walks towards the exit, he notices me and says hello.

I return the greeting and tell him "Do you mind if we have a pokemon battle". He looks at me a bit surprised since I'm just a random stranger, but after thinking for a while he nods and we go to look for a place to battle. As we find an empty plane with some snow, I tell him "Let's just do an one on one pokemon battle. He nods and while smiling says "What's with the mask, it looks pretty cool". I almost chuckle but stop myself so I can keep up my badass attitude. I say "Nobody cared who I was until I put on the mask". He looks at me with sparkling eyes and says "That's a pretty cool and deep thing to say". I can't help but smile seeing his innocent acts and release my Binacle, he then releases a Squirtle. He then says with a smile "Wow, I have never seen a pokemon like that before, that's super cool. By the way, what's your name, mine's Augustine". I say "Mine's Zero". He nods and says "Let's start".

"Squirtle use water gun"

"Binacle control the earth underneath you to dodge"

Before the water hits Binacle, he uses the earth underneath him to push him to the side.

"Binacle get up close and use fury cutter"

Binacle uses the earth to push him forward and gets sent flying forward towards the Squirtle. Augustine didn't expect such a creative move, but nontheless he was prepared.

"Squirtle use water gun once again"

As Binacle gets really close to Squrtle, the Squirtle uses water gun. Binacle uses fury cutter on the water, and slashes the water away from him, and since he's a water type, water moves are less effective to him. As a result, he was barely hurt and got close to Squirtle and uses fury cutter.

"Squirtle go in your shell"

"Binacle use ice beam"

Augustine's eyes go wide when he heard what move I called out. Ice Beam is a hard move to teach, especially for beginners, and the TM's for Ice beam is extremely expensive. Augustine thought that perhaps I was bluffing, but when he saw two balls of ice forming near the mouths of the hands of Binacle, he knew he fucked up. Squirtle gets completely frozen and is unable to break out. Binacle has a proud look on its faces and looks at me expecting praise. I go over to him and rub the claws on his head telling him he did a good job. I go to the Squirtle and break the ice on him, I notice that he fainted. I then take a potion out of my bag and shove the liquid down his throat instead of spraying it, since it was cold outside and the effects of the potion would diminish if I sprayed the potion on him instead.

Augustine looks at me with at first wide eyes, but then thankful eyes after I broke the ice around Squirtle and healed him. I then put my hand forward and say "Hello I'm Zero Two a new trainer, you seemed nice so that's why I wanted to get acquainted with you". He laughs at my introduction and says "Hey, you seem like an interesting guy, so I'm glad you wanted to get acquainted with me, I'm Augustine, Augustine Sycamore.

[A/N: MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE. I hope you enjoyed the chapter. The MC has just gotten acquainted with a very important person in the future. Also, do you guys think that Binacle deserves a name because I can't think of one?
