Looks like Cleo managed to persuade Nathan not to kick me out of here. There was no more commotion after hearing the sound of the car engine being turned on. Through the window, I saw Nathan's car speeding away from the house.
The pale orange sky had turned dark with no bright white dots. Clouds hang over the foundation of the horizon. There were only faint white streaks as a sign that neither snow nor rain would stop pouring down Kensington. Maybe because of the last seconds of the change of seasons.
