Lu chen's office is infront of Ji zue's. Lin shiyu and Lu chen both entered his office.

"Ah..I don't understand why all the military colors are so depressing"he said as soon as he sat on his chair. Shiyu smiled and said sweetly "I guess everyone dont have your amazing tastes captain Lu"

"Hey I know that I have good tastes you don't really need to praise me you know." he said shamelessly. Shiyu tried hard not to roll her eyes at him. "I'm not praising you captain Lu it's a fact after all" she said still smiling. He laughed out loud and suddenly said with a poker face "I'm not a dumb man miss Lin I know that you are being sarcastic" shiyu was silent for a moment and burst out laughing. Lu chen suddenly felt dazed looking at her smile. He held his chin in his palm and looked at her smiling face. "You got quiet a sweet smile miss Lin" At that shiyu stopped laughing and he smiled. "you can get back to your work I will meet you later " he said and she ran away. He looked at the running figure and smiled softly.

Song lin came back within 10 min. He was slightly surprised. He browsed through the lists and didn't find any mistakes or loopholes. he looked up at her and found her looking at him. She looked away immediately. He gave the files back.

"I would like to take a look at the guards who are around the perimeter"

"Sure. Do you want to go there directly or wanna check it in the CCTV?"she asked

"I will check the cameras first if there's anything wrong then I'll go there myself."

"The monitor is in my office."

The first thing that greeted his sight is the food plate Lin shiyu sent to her office. He could tell that she didn't even touch the plate just by looking at it. He looked at her who is typing something in the computer. he walked towards her and she showed him the footage.

"The last camera isn't working since this morning so if you want to check that particular area we'll have to go there ourselves." He nodded and started checking the footage.

"We will go there after you've finished eating."she looked up at him surprised.
