I'm gonna break your bones

As they entered the cafeteria the smell hit her. Song lin felt hungry instantly. she served herself some dumplings and soup and turned around to find a table. Just as she turned around she bumped in to someone.

Clank!

Her soup cup fell down on...someone's shoes. she looked up and found Ji zue glaring daggers at her. She raised her brows..So its him she thought. she put her plate at her side. folded her hands and met his stare.

"Are you blind captain Song?" he asked. His voice akin to a prince of hell. Song lin laughed. A rough sarcastic laugh.

"What a coincidence I was thinking to ask you the same...Are you blind major Ji?" she countered and she felt the instant drop in temperature. Behind Jizue Lu chen tensed when he heard her words. Everyone around her started murmuring. Lin shiyu is pulling her sleeve from behind. But Song lin didn't care.

Ji zue smiled. At that smile even Song lin felt a chill down her spine. It was so menacing and devilish. Ji zue stepped closer to her still smiling.

"Song lin...I think it's time to teach you how to respect an officer ranked above you" he said in a tone that sent shudders through everyone's body. Just as she was about to speak shi jin came running to her.

"Captain song..we have guests" he said. Song lin looked away from Ji zue and her gaze landed on shi jin. Her eyes questioning him as if to say..

What now ?? Should I go and receive them? can't you go?

Shi jin is troubled by her look obviously because he understood her opinion.

"Um..Captain Song...I think he is a major" shi jin said anxiously. At that Ji zue Lu chen and Lin shiyu also looked at him. Song lin sighed and looked at Ji zue.

"Major..huh?...how troublesome" she said shaking her head looking straight at Ji zue and walked away before he could say anything. Ji zue face turned black. Lu chen could obviously tell that he's angry. Very angry. but before he could say anything Ji zue followed song lin out.

"Stop" he called out but song lin didn't stop.

"Stop right there Song lin. it's an order" and this time she did. He walked towards her and stood infront of her. as she's folding her hands

"Attention" he said in a military drill voice.

what the hell Song lin thought.

"Didn't you hear me?" he said. she could tell that he's angry from his voice. she balled her hands in to fists and stood straight. Ji zue looked at her for a minute and he cupped her chin with his fingers and pulled her close. Song lifted her hands to stop him..her eyes wide with shock.

"Attention" he growled again and she lowered her hands and cursed under her breath. his face is just a breath away from her. She tensed up.

"Song lin I already showed so much patience in your case. Don't make me loose my temper infront of everyone ...it won't do you any good" he said but song lin didn't give any response. She just looked at him like he's a bastard and tried to pull back. But his grip is like iron. he pulled her even more close when she tried to struggle.

"I want to leave this place as much as you want me to leave. But that doesn't mean I don't have the rights to set you straight while I'm here....I hate when someone talks back to me. The next time you talk to me like that I'm gonna break your bones." he said. He looked so imposing and menacing. Just like a demon king. Looking at his face enough to scare anyone.

"Is that clear?" he asked again..his voice raising with every second she tried to struggle out his grip. Song lin nodded. But he didn't let go.

"Answer me Song lin. Is that clear or do you want me to repeat it?" he growled. His eyes burned with anger.

"I get it sir!" she said in her best drill voice. Then he let her go and she glared daggers at him. Yet he smiled again. That devilish smile like he found his prey.

"Now go and receive your guest's" he said still smiling and walked away.
