Death incarnate

Song lin's eyes are burning with anger. Her chin hurt so much. She promised him death inside her mind and walked towards the gate.

A black Bentley is parked there and just as she went there 2 men came out. Both in military uniforms. she could tell from the badges they wore that one of them is a major and another is a sergeant. She raised her brows.

Why the hell did they show up here as if having one major isn't enough.

They walked towards her and Song lin bowed her head to the major. As he was about to speak he got a call so he stepped away.

"Sergeant Jun" the other man said and bowed his head to Song lin since her rank is a higher one. Song lin just nodded slightly and stood without talking anything. The man raised his brows. As arrogant as described he thought and chuckled. Song lin gave him a death stare when she heard him chuckle and he fell silent. The major returned and extended his hand to Song lin.

"Captain Song" he said smiling and sizing her up from head to toe. Song lin shook her hand with him but didn't say anything. The man smiled even more at that as if expecting this from her.

"I'm Wang xiyi and colonel Liang set us here to give you a file." he said as of her cold attitude didn't bother him. She stiffened at that women's name but just for a second and her expression returned to normal again. She nodded " we will talk in my office" she said and turned away. Wang xiyi smiled smugly at her attitude.

"Her attitude is so cold" the sergeant couldn't help but grumble unhappily. Wang xiyi smiled.

"They told me about her cold attitude but they didn't tell me she was so hot" he whispered back as they made their way towards Song lin's office.

She just opened the door to her office when laughter filled her ears. She saw Lin shiyu leaning to the wall and laughing at left corner of the room and surprisingly found Ji zue laughing as well leaning against her desk eyeing Lu chen who sat on the sofa. The moment she entered they all stopped laughing. Lu chen got up and was about ask her something but stood frozen. she went towards her desk but stopped when she felt that the major and sergeant behind aren't following her. She turned around and looked up at them. They stopped in their tracks at the entrance...both of them eyeing Ji zue. She dealt with enough people that she was sure she saw hatred in their eyes. She looked at Ji zue and Lu chen. Ji zue's eyes are calm and still as water. she couldn't quite read his expression though Lu chen is burning with anger. She could see that he clenched his fists tightly to his side. Song lin and Lin shiyu looked at each other.

what the hell is wrong with them????they both thought. They could literally see the sparks in the air as the both majors eyed one another. It was Wang xiyi who broke the silence first.

"Hey there little boy! Your dad isn't with you?" He asked and searched the room dramatically as if Ji zue's dad would pop out of air. Lu chen snarled but Ji zue glared at him. His intention clear.

Do not utter a word..

Ji Zue turned to Song lin and Song lin caught a sniff of pain his eyes. "I need to discuss something with you meet me in my office after you've seen to your guests" he said and began walking towards the door Lu chen followed behind him. As he passed Wang xiyi he spoke again.

"What? now that you don't have your dad to hide behind you don't even utter a word? Are you that scared?" Wang xiyi asked and the sergeant laughed. Ji zue didn't glance at him even then and continued walking and vanished out of the door. But the moment he vanished Lu chen turned around, he caught the sergeant by the collar and slammed his head to the wall with such a force that the painting on the wall shook and fell down. Blood dripped from the sergeant's forehead.

"You seemed to like laughing so much..how about now show me your teeth? say cheese?" Lu chen said and flung him back. Lin shiyu and Song lin looked at him in horror. Shiyu had only one word for him.

Death incarnate.

"How dare you beat him Infr.."but Lu chen held up his hand and walked closer to the major. He looked him in the eye and

"Major Wang" he said and paused eyeing from head to toe. "Long time no see...How about a match in the ground?" he asked, his tone lazy. To song lin's surprise the major didn't even utter a word. Lu chen smiled as if he knew that he wouldn't challenge him.

"So..stay the fuck out of Ji zue's way" he said, his face stony and tone menacing. He then walked out of the office. Song lin was surprised at the major's quite.

"Let's take him to infirmary" the major said as he bent and helped his sergeant get up. Song lin sent lin shiyu with them and took the file from him. After half an hour or so she decided to pay a visit to Ji zue as he asked her to visit him. But his office is empty. Her phone ringed and the screen displayed Lin shiyu's name. she picked up

"Song lin come to the ground in immediately"she said and hung up. Song lin headed towards the grounds in a hurry.
