"I just heard a gunshot just now, but you didn't hear it. Plus, this place is rather isolated. Maybe I was just overthinking things," Maybe I really just misheard. "Alright, Emmanuel, what were you about to tell us, though?" Gizelle asked. Just as I was about to tell them about my condition, I heard another gunshot, but they've heard of it too. "What's going on?" Augustine asked in confusion. "I told you I heard it right. Should we check it out first? Everyone might need our assistance," I offered, and the three agreed.
