"Losing the system? What kind of punishment is that? I guess there's no choice, I've never run 10 km in a day before. As for the list of exercises" - as he thought about the list, another screen appeared over the missions screen, showing the list of all the exercises he had to complete: strength training, flexibility training, a series of stretches. Just by looking, Shun could see several exercises with different functions. The sheer number of exercises was already ridiculous, but looking at the number of sets and repetitions for each exercise almost gave Shun a heart attack.

"What's wrong with this system? I'll be dead before I finish half of these exercises. Stupid system, if you want me to die, why did you choose me in the first place?" - Shun vented his anger at the system, shouting and cursing, but his whole body shivered when he heard a robotic voice in his head.

"Huh? Is the system angry? Crap! I'm sorry, system. I didn't mean it. You know how I am, hahaha." - Shun still didn't understand how a system could be angry, so he quickly tried to apologize.

But even after a while, the system didn't speak again.

"Ahhh, all I have to do is complete these exercises, right?" - Shun shouted to himself as he started running.

*Gasp, gasp, gasp* - the sound of Shun's deep breaths.

He had no energy left, but the system's sound brought a feeling of satisfaction. It had been a long time since he worked this hard. Probably, he had never trained as hard as today.

The boy didn't even think about looking at the rewards now. He was close to home and started walking there. Altough, to anyone who saw him in that state, he would look like a hungry, dirty boy dragging his feet.

*Door opens*

"I'm home!" - Shun shouted as he entered his house and took off his shoes.

"Bro!" - An excited child's voice responded to his shout. Shun could hear hurried footsteps coming toward him.

"Hi Yumi!" - Shun looked at his little, cute younger sister running towards him. She was 5 years old, had black hair and big blue eyes like her brother. Her small arms were open as if she was going to give a big hug to her older brother, but halfway through, her small legs stopped.

"Huh, what's the problem?" - Shun was confused by the girl's sudden stop. He just saw Yumi standing and looking at him with her big blue eyes.

"Dirty brother" - the little girl said only two words before another voice sounded behind her.

"Shun Takahashi, where have you been and why are you so dirty?" - An angry voice reached Shun's ears, enough to send shivers down his spine.

He looked towards the voice and saw a woman. Her name was Aiko Takahashi. She was around 1.70 meters tall, had long black hair and big blue eyes, a small nose, and a model's body. The woman was almost 40 years old, but her beauty showed no signs of fading. Of course, all young Shun saw was his mother's angry face.

"Mom, I was training" - he said with a trembling voice. Even though his mother was kind and gentle, even his father got scared when she was angry.

"Hmph! Go take a shower and get ready. Your father is picking up your sister, dinner should be ready in an hour." - Hearing that her son was training made Aiko happy, but without showing it to the boy, she quickly sent him to shower.

"Yes, ma'am!" - Shun raised his right hand to his head as if he were in the army and quickly passed his younger sister, heading towards the stairs to take a shower.

"Dirty and smelly brother" - Cute Yumi pinched her nose with her fingers when she smelled the odor of a teenage boy who had trained like a madman.

"Pftt! Let's go, Yumi. You're going to help mommy prepare dinner." - Aiko let out a little laugh as she watched her daughter's cute reaction, but soon returned to preparing dinner.

Meanwhile, Shun was in the bathtub, trying to recover from all the training he had done. It took him almost 2 hours to run 10 km. The system only counted the distance covered at a certain pace, so any distance he walked or ran too slowly, the system just ignored. Not only that, for each exercise he started, there was a maximum interval of time between sets, so he could only rest after completing all the sets and repetitions of an exercise, resulting in a long rest time between exercises. In total, it took almost 4 hours to complete the mission, but after doing all the stretching positions, he felt he would be able to do the workout again tomorrow. Of course, just thinking about doing that training routine again sent shivers down his spine.

"Ah!" - Shun remembered the notification he had received when he finished the training.
