Chapter 17:

I heave against my roots again. I'm still trying desperatly. Oh, Ash, come get me, My King. I hope he can hear me.

"Babe, what's wrong are you ok?" I hear in my head but I don't know how to answer. So I scream. As loud as I can until I can't anymore. I'm out of breathe. In full blown labor. I don't even know what I'm doing. I've never delt with child birth.

"I'm coming sweatheart" I hear him again.

It feels like my breath is being sucked out of me again. Pain shoots up my spine. I sit up on the bed as best i could with the roots, the I start to feel pressure in my pussy. I feel a natural push take over, and push with it. I feel something start to come out of ny pussy, my belly is too big to see around it. Another contraction hit and I screamed bloody murder. I heard the door slab open. Oh god, I thought thinking it was Orpheus, he's here I'm In labor I can't get raped again. I started to hyperventilate

"Baby, baby, baby, baby. What's....." he slowed down his speed to see me in full blown labour delivering a baby. Hes froze for a second before he shook his head and started helping me. "What happen. Baby?" Ash was suddenly there helping me. Another contraction hit, and I screamed again with tears running down my face.

"CATCH MY BABY!!!" I screamed snarled at Ash, whose face went pale as a white sheet. When I pushed one more time, It felt like something huge fell out of me. I sighed in relief. I'm so weak I start to see starts. I don't feel the next contraction or help the next pushing. I'm too weak.

"It's a boy." I feel another contraction, but I don't help the push that comes with it. I don't even feel it. There are so many stars dancing in my vision. Darkness started to take over. "There's another baby coming." Ash says excitedly. He sniffs the baby in his arms before he sets him down in the crib across the room. He rushes back over and gets ready for the next contraction. As it hits, he grabs the baby head and pulls the baby out. I look at Ash his face pales even more when he see's my face. He yells over his shoulder at someone. Axel is standing over me suddenly with tears in his eye.

"Ash I can feel her slipping, she's not going to survive." Axel said, sounding scared.

Why does he sound so scared? Im just going to go to sleep so i can play with my children when I wake up. He has no reason to cry. I smile as I see my baby being rushed to the crib. Ash looks so determined to do what he's doing. He's here I can relax. We are all fine now. I think with a smile. I slowly forget what's going on around me. I don't even know how long it's been I don't think I'm contious anymore. I can see but I can't move at all. I feel completely at peace.

I hear Ash at my ear. "Tell him baby your just getting some sleep. Go to sleep. I'll take care of you." Ash picked me up ripping the rest of my roots. Him ripping them felt nothing like Orpheus ripping them. I don't feel them breaking. More like they are letting me go. I feel my steady heart beat leveling out and slowing down fast. The world around me the turned black, and there was nothing.

As I'm waking up all I can't think about is my baby. Where is my baby? I start panicking. My heart rate rising up. My eyes snap open my wings extend and I know my eyes shine bright silvery purple right now. I want my baby, now.

"My babies!" I scream next thing that happens is Ash runs in and starts patting my arms trying to get me to lay back down, and sooth me back down. "Were is my baby?" I snarl at him. "I have to see my baby." I start to panick.

"Baby, listen to me. You passed out during child birth. I had to rush them to our pack doctor. The last one wasn't breathing. We had to find a doctor.

"What are you saying? The last one?" I asked trying to make sense of it. I'm starting to get impatient.

"I'm saying we have triplets." He says smiling as the doctor brings my babies in a rolling crib. Ash hands me my babies one by one because I almost bit the nurse.

"Baby I'm so sorry I wasn't there." He started crying. "I'm sorry I didn't get to you faster. I'm so sorry. I seen what he did to you." He touches my cheek. "The doctor told me you were sexually assaulted. I just want to let you know if those babies are not mine. I'll still raise them with you. I know what it would do to you, and trust me, I rocked their world for them, but Orpheus got away." The doctor started slowly backing out the room.

I smiled at him. "They are yours Ash. I found out about a month after I got there. I had morning sickness most the time I was there. Orpheus did rape me twice he also torchered me with random shit. He was waiting on me to give birth. So he could plant his heir in me." I start crying. I reached out and wrapped my arms around Ash's neck kinda forcibly.

"Well I promise nobody will ever hurt you again. I promise." He declared. Patting and rubbing my back, soothingly.

I nod. "I love you Ash."

"I love you too baby."

I look at my babies and smile. My beautiful bundles of joy. Two girls and one boy. "We have to name them." I said. "Unless you already picked names." It's rare that werewolves have triplets. So this is a shock to the werewolf world. Apparently it shocked everyone. Including the council. Angels have twins all the time. Never triplets. So this is really a huge surprise. All my babies have survived too. Along with me.

"I only came up with one name. Azura Smith." He said.

I smile. "I like it. I picked a couple out. Kiara Naomi Smith and Ezekiel Smith." I declared, smiling. Looking at him. Then I added, " and Aria Smith."

He smiled wide. "I think we have our names then. We have to make a formal introduction. With you and the babies."

"I know. But right this second, your taking me home, right now." I said.

"The doctor has to check you out." Ash says proudly. He looks me in the eyes. "I'm so sorry I wasn't there. That I didn't come sooner."

"You didn't know. How would you have known? I just prayed you would show before he got to me and made me give him an heir." I said. I sigh, not really wanting to talk about it. I know im going to have to eventually.

Ash looked at me with love. He smiled at me. "My beautiful angel, you make me happy you know that?"

The doctor walked back in and smiled. "Luna, are you ready to go home?"

"Yes, been ready." I smiled pulling my babies closer to me.

Ash looked at me. He smiled, and my whole world is right here. Because his normally blue eyes are tinted red. Damon is here too. I reach up and touch his cheek. "I missed you Damon, I prayed every night for your safe arrival, and that yall would make it on time. So that you could at least see your children born. I know you weren't able to be there with the pregnancy but I prayed you got to see the birth, and you did. It was perfect. Just like our babies."

The doctor looked up at me and smiled, "your very strong Luna. It's rare for a woman to survive having triplets. Of both our races. But I guess since twins are the main thing angels have, when they do reproduce. So your body is built to be able to survive it." The nurse smiled. "Yall can go. Everything checks out. She's healed in the passed week."

I'm just shocked. I don't know what to say. Female Angels bodies were made to protect their young with a natural body armor, the root system that growled from me. My nest my cocoon that my body build.

I look at Ash. "Take me home Alpha. Now." I demanded.

He looked at me sharply without hesitation he swooped the babies one at the time out of my lap and into the rolling bassinet. He turned to me and picked me up bridal style and started walking all of us out the door. Ready to go home. No other words needed to be said.

The whole pack is in the hallway telling me how happy they are i survived. I see Axel in the crowd, and stop Ash. "Axel were is Hercules? I miss him. Were is he?"

Axel grinned. "He at the Alpha's house."

I smiled back. "You better have taken him on his runs every day."

"Yes we have he was on guard duty with me." He said.

"He does guard duty?" I asked, looking up at Ash, confused.

Ash sighed. "He strong enough. He's a good tracker. We'd have never found you if it weren't for him and his awesome nose, we have 4 different trails. Could find the right one." Is all he said before he headed out the door. Taking me home. I smile my dog is amazing.
