The Beloved Patient
I can't stand sitting in the room doing nothing. My imagination runs wild when I am not active. I went out and watched the restaurant situation, which was not too crowded.
"Hi, Ara ...", Anne said that make me startled by her appearance.
"It's a good coincidence to meet you here", she said friendly.
"Hi", I replied to Anne and Bella who came together.
Anne without uneasily told me about her meeting with Ryan at the hospital for her routine medical check-ups.
Her happiness was clearly illustrated when she talked about Ryan. She also felt happy because her condition was gradually improving.
My heart was broken immediately after knowing that the emergency call Ryan meant was Anne.
He really went too far, leaving me because he wanted to meet Anne, his beloved patient sooner. If my health condition worsens, will he also prioritize me like he did to Anne ?
I didn't think he cares at all.
"Should I be ill ?", I thought.
"Happy because of your medical check-up report or Dr. Sayed Ryan?", Bella said while holding back a smile.
Anne showed a similar reaction. I became quite sure that Anne had feelings towards Ryan. He just has to open up to Anne and give her a chance, then I'll really be heartbroken.
Before that really happened, I already wanted to give up. Loving Anne isn't something hard to do, she is not only beautiful, but also kind and gentle. As a woman, I admired her from the start.
"Ara, you're his cousin. You must know which type of woman he likes", Anne asked me excitedly.
I didn't know how to answer that difficult question, it was hard for me to explain. Anne could be categorized as the ideal type for many people, maybe also for Ryan. Even so, love is not about ideal types, but about heart.
