"I don't want Comet to go," I said, frowning at Altair. "I really don't want him to go, Altair. I really, really don't want him to go."
"I know, Orion." He said, patting me on the head gently. "I know but, just like Nova said, the final decision is up to him and … there really isn't much we can do about that."
"I know that too but … I wish this was not one of the options." I sighed, running my hands through my hair.
The moment we got the news from Nova, Comet immediately made his plan to leave and go to him. I am completely against it but there is not much I can say to get him to stay, now is there?
If he has made up his mind, the best I can do as his friend is to stay by his side and to support his decision but … I truly wish that we did not have to come to this.
"Why don't you go talk to him, Orion?" Altair asks, giving me his best smile. "We can postpone our meeting, after all, you will have more time with me than you will have with him."
