The Second beginning

One day they were going their usual ways when Sasha received a call from Myra . Myra called her to say there was a massive riot in town . Their hostel had been attacked too so they couldn't go back there . She told Sasha to find a safe place as she had to rush of with Noah and couldn't find her . Sasha then called Anita and Tina and they had gone to their boyfriends house . Sasha started to panic . Just then a batch mate of hers Justin came in and asked her to come with him. He had been openly courting her for the past 3 years and Sasha did not want to go with him . She knew she would be indebted to him and she might have to return his affection. This was a problem for her as Sasha viewed honesty as the most important part in any relationship. She was already smitten by Mr O . How could she return someone else's advances . She panicked and made a few more calls to a few of her junior friends Ila and Reya . They told that they had to run from the hostel to a friends house . Sasha was totally lost . She couldn't find out any other way . Just then a butler came towards her and introduced himself as Mr O's driver . She knew him , they had seen him a couple of times . He said "Mr O is trying to rescue all the people here . He sent me here to check out if anyone else needs help , so you can come with me Dr Sasha . " " Come on , you will go with a stranger rather than with me " complained Justin . "What proof do you have he is following Mr O's orders and not leading you the wrong direction " ?

Sasha got worried and thought her could be right . She was torn to make a decision. Just then as an answer to her prayers she heard a baritonic sound from the door . " never put an allegation on my staff without any proof " Mr O said in a cold voice . " Dr Sasha you make a decision fast ! We haven't got all day and there are many more who need help " he said in an annoyed tone . "I will come with you "said Sasha quickly making her decision. " thank you Justin , I really appreciate your help " she mumbled on her way towards Mr O . Justin glared at her and went his way . " Why didn't you trust him and trusted me ? " said Me O to Sasha . She replied " cause I know he has ulterior motives and I really didn't want to go with him . " " Ha you trust me so much ? " sneered Mr O . " No , not really " replied Sasha , " but why would you be interested in a nobody like me , I am not hot or exceptionally beautiful, there are tons of girls who are doing their masters and come from more influential families and look so much better than me . Why would you waste your time and reputation with me ? " she said confidently . He just replied by glaring down at her " you are right " he said . Though Sasha knew she started it , she couldn't help but feel sad at his reply.

He silently led her to his building and they took a direct elevator to his apartment. The elevator was a glass one and overlooked the city road . She just looked at the mayhem and destruction and her eyes filled with tears . "Don't look out " he said the coldness in his tone dropping temporarily. She turned towards him and said " I am really thankful to you for saving me today . I know I can't repay the favor, but if I can ever help you please let me know " . He replied " if you wouldn't have taken so much time making your decision you could have gone to one of the safe houses, now you are stuck at my apartment unfortunately ". They reached the 21st floor and he opened the door as soon as her reached his apartment.

It was a jaw dropping apartment. From the moment she entered she took a quick glance around . It was as if she stepped into a designer magazine . The decor was very masculine. He had brown gold and offwhite accents through out . She stepped into the living room. The whole apartment had a floor to ceiling wall made of glass . It was a stunning view . On one side she could see the city. On the other she could see the ocean . It was a small but lovely apartment. At the end of the living room she saw a few stairs leading up . That was the mater suite she presumed . There was a living room a dining room and a den which was his home office and a powder room .

"Go get fresh " he said in lazy tone pointing her towards the powder room. " My maid will be here to serve you some food . If you need anything ask her ". With that he took the elevator and left
