Chapter 1

"Please, don't kill-" He was shot with a rifle before he could even finish his words.

In the morning while the students are busy with their phones someone went in "Hi, I am Katherine Verida" she sits on her seat and rolls her eyes while chewing gum, everyone whispers "who is she?" "why so rude?" "feeling main character!"

She rolled her eyes once more and rose up, saying ,"Didn't I just say earlier? I am Katherine Verida, so what, if I'm rude? And yes I am the main character, so shush your mouths before I put a packing tape on your disgusting mouths."

After a little while, their teacher came in, "Good morning class, we have a transferee student, Ms. Verida, please stand up," the teacher said, motioning to Katherine. "Hi," was the only thing she said; the teacher said nothing and simply sighed.

After class, Katherine is sitting at her seat reading some books—specifically, sci-fi books—when a man approaches and introduces himself as Leo. When he didn't get a response, he snatched the book from Katherine, but she didn't pay him any attention. Instead, she stood up and turned to leave when Leo grabbed her wrist. "Let go of my hand," Katherine commanded under control, but Leo held her wrist even tighter. "I said, let go of my hand" Katherine said poking her cheeks but Leo just smirked and said "And what if I don't?" Katherine didn't control her anger anymore so she yanked her hands away from him and kicked his balls, she get out of the classroom and left Leo who's moaning and groaning in pain while holding his balls.

Katherine is now eating her lunch and someone came to talk to her again but now it's a lady, "Hi, I'm Rinah Robino" the lady said offering a handshake and Katherine accepted it nicely "I thought you're going to ignore me too" Rinah said with a nervous laugh "I think you're nice" Katherine said but still eating not even looking at her "Oh thanks, but can I ask why are you so rude and cold to others especially to boys?" Rinah asked "I hate boys that's all" Katherine took her bag and walked away from Rinah.

Katherine Verida isn't really into socializing, she's cold and rude yet cool, she prefers being alone, in other words, she's an independent strong woman, but she has a dark secret that no one knows about and has yet to be discovered by someone, and that would be the worst yet most beautiful moment in her life.
