Nefretiri
Everyone we pass creeps me out.
That's saying a lot because I've met some unique people in the past few months. I like to consider myself a person who is accepting of people. Someone who doesn't judge others for the choices they make. However, that's incredibly hard to do here, especially when everyone is focused on me. I don't know any other emotion to feel but uncomfortable and restless.
I've barely learned to handle the pack's reaction to me, but this is on a different level.
Before I can get by, they've fallen to the ground, sprawling and sobbing. It isn't one or two. Everyone, including the young children, doesn't dare to come closer. I want to tell them to stop, but their wails become louder whenever I focus on one of them. They don't even notice Cabe, who's gripping me tightly, ensuring we keep moving.
