New Friendships
Billy walked to one of the free seats, which was right beside the golden eyed child of 12 years. The child looked at him and smiled.
?: Hello, I'm Run.
Billy returned the smile with a grin and said.
Billy: You heard me already, but I'm Billy.
After Billy sat, he looked forward, towards the teacher, who gazed at everyone and spoke.
Teacher: Alright guys, we will start with the numbers and addition.
Everyone: Yes!
Then the teacher started to use the blackboard behind him and explained all the numbers from 10 and beyond, before starting with the addition. Billy looked around, and the image of his old school coincided with this one he is having.
Some students were chatting with each other, ignoring the teacher.
Some students were sleeping, since it was still a bit early in the morning.
Some students were playing with things, sometimes they would glance at the blackboard.
Some students were listening and watching the teacher speaking and what he was writing, Billy was part of this group.
And then there were the people who took notes, which were Run, and the purple haired girl near the window.
Even though Billy was watching the teacher, it was because there weren't many things he could do, besides, he wasn't even listening, he was inside his own thoughts.
Billy: 'Well… Let's see what do we have here… I might befriend Run and the purple haired girl, with the others I will be just acquaintances, and then there is the other girl…'

Billy raised an eyebrow as everyone that was near him left, he looked around and saw that the blonde haired girl that looked at him before smiled bitterly and shook her head.
Run was surprised from Billy's choice and said.
Run: B-But if you want to be my friend, then no one will like you.
Billy: C'mon, what's the worst you could do?
Run: ...They bully me because I know more things than them, and sometimes I would correct the teacher.
Billy: Pfft, that's nothing. You are just with the wrong group. So, any introduction except for your name?
Run: Well… I don't introduce myself that many times, so I don't know what to say…
Billy: Hahahaha, it's alright! Well, do you want to play together after school?
Run: Yeah! I want!
Billy grinned and said as he stood up.
Billy: Alright! Then I will go to make more friends now, ok?
Run nodded and saw Billy walk towards the blonde haired girl. He got in front of her desk, attracting her attention.
Billy: Hey there! What's your name?
?: Ah, hey Billy. My name is Alice, nice to meet you. Sorry for the other girls and guys, they don't like much Run, and…
Billy: Oh, it's alright, I understand. So, do you want to be friends?
Alice smiled at him and nodded.
Alice: Nn. It would be nice.
Billy: Then me and Run will be playing out from school later, do you want to join us?
Alice: YES!
Billy was slightly surprised at her outburst, Alice blushed and said.
Alice: I-I meant yes. It's just that not many people want to go out with me because I like to make pranks.

This time it was another man, he looked pretty young too. He had black hair and brown eyes. He seemed around 25 years, he wasn't really the most beautiful man, but he wasn't even ugly, he was pretty average.
He held a smile as he spoke to everyone.
Teacher: Alright students, turn to your seat, it's story time!
Everyone: Yay!
Everyone got back to their seats, and the teacher noticed Billy.
Teacher: Oh! We have a new student! Who are you?
Billy: I'm Billy, I just joined today.
The teacher nodded and presented himself.
Teacher: I'm your teacher of history, geography and grammar, Hank.
Billy nodded and then the teacher started to explain about the story of the Empire.

Billy absorbed the information he gained and compared it with what his father said, both of them were identical in general. After a small resume of the Empire's past, he talked about the current Empire.
Hank: The current Empire, even if it can't be compared with the greatness of its golden age, it is still a nation that is able to sustain itself for even more centuries. We have great people like the Great General Budo protecting the Emperor.
He is the strongest General we have, followed from Bianco, right now she should be somewhere outside the Empire to take care of the evil around us that is trying to destroy the Empire.
Hank continued to explain, he said many good things about the current Empire, completely different from what Billy heard from his father, but one didn't need a genius to see that he was obviously exaggerating with the lies.
