10. the New client

after I handle client Mr Kim, I feel like I have a new ability to handle client outside the country. John is my new client he is from China and he need me as a consultant. he need my advice about his company. yeah jhon is in charge in the company. he is bussines man and having so many company in China. so I meeting him and talk about the job. the job is different case than Mr Kim that want me to build a company. John is quiet man he never asking that unnecessary topic. he just cold and not talk much. nadia is the accountant of the company so I asking him about the job. after meeting with jhon I know what he want he wants me to handle tax problem in the company. company must pay higher tax than before and he wants me to handle that. nadia can I see the record of the tax account. oh yeah Mr Marshall. how long have you been working in this company. hhhmmm... about 5 years I think so before that is there any tax problem in this company. hhhmmm.... not much but this day tax have a new regulation and I don't know about that. when I report I need to pay higher than before. hhmmm... actually I have been handle kind like this. the tax regulation is complex than you think. yeah I think so. but the company wants to audited the company. so I search the document needed and I record it. I try to figure it out and I know that jhon is not wrong to choose me as a consultant. nadia help me to record the tax transaction. in this year so many import tax and rent tax. the hotel have a new client from the outside country. and the hotel is also have a new bussines as import food ingredient. yeah the company pick up two bussines and that is the problem. so there is two count of tax and it need adjustment. maybe the import is for the branch that located in the outer country. yeah so there is the import tax. I asking to nadia and nadia can't denied it. she count the tax as same like before but the government count two tax and double tax record. the recording of this account make it double. I find so many case like this. so I audited it and make conclusion. in this case I can handle with myself. I know my capabilities as accountant and I never denied about it. if I need some one to handle it is in my supervision. like Mr Kim I need a hire consultant to make it easier. and in this case I think I can handle it. so I already know the problem and I will execute it. but I need to ask to Mr jhon. so nadia call Mr jhon and he asking me to meet me. in the meeting room I asking about the activities in the hotel. and he said it true. so I asking him to adjustment some tax report and he agree with it. jhon is my new client I know him cause Mr Kim asking me about the job that he offer to me. he recommended me as an accountant. I never have the client from searching by myself. but is just mouth by mouth that tell about me. I am a line fighter and I never have a problem about it. I am still can survive although this year's is very hard to having bussines like this. many good accountant and they have the institution I am just having only certificated accountant and don't have institutions. I know this is hard but I just believe that I will survive in this situation.
