The Sacred Land

Long ago, there were 5 Mighty Tribes in the world of dragons and humans. Fire Tribe, Water Tribe, Earth Tribe, and Wind Tribe. These Tribes lived in harmony with humans, but unfortunately, a war broke out between humans and dragons. Many lives were lost that day, but the humans still won, causing all dragons across the world to be killed. Except there was one little dragon, her name was Kuru from the Fire Tribe one of the only remaining dragons on earth.

Falling down from a tree, there lies a dragon named Kuru

"Ow, where am I?" I asked myself. Then I saw a young human girl who appears to be 1 years old in dragon years and 5 years old in human years.

"Eeek!!" I shouted

"What's an insolent human doing here?" I asked, hiding behind a tree.The young girl dropped down to the ground, and her hands were shaking rapidly.

"Monster!!!" She screamed. I moved towards her and said

"Hey kid, I'm not going to hurt you." But she couldn't understand me and kept backing away. Around her were some armed men with guns. They were about to shoot Kuru but luckily the young girl defended Kuru.

"Lily, move out of the way that Monster is a dragon." One of the guards said. Lily shaked her head.

"No, he's my friend." Lily said confidently. Disobeying Lily's orders, one of the armed men pointed and shot a bullet at me, but luckily, I dodged and ran into a mysterious dark forest called The Sacred Forest.

"Wait, Mr. Draggy, come back." Lily said while running after me. While running into the forest, I found myself lost in the middle of nowhere. I saw bright fireflies, beautiful multi-colored flowers dancing in the wind, and glowing butterflies. But what really caught my attention was the 4 dragon statues labeled with fire, water, wind, and earth. Before, I could even get to look at it. I saw Lily running towards me, yelling

"Mr. Draggy, run, they're going to shoot you!" Lily grabbed my paw, and we ran together from the armed men. But unfortunately we didn't run far. There was a lake blocking our path and telling from her age she didn't know how to swim. The armed men surrounded us. I had no choice but to jump into the water. I grabbed Lily's hand, and together, we jumped into the water.

"Wait, Lily n-" The guard voice got cut off during the jump, and before I knew it, I was drowning. My vision went blurry, and I passed out.

"Wake up, Mr. Draggy!" Lily cried. I got up and sat up straight.

"I'm up stop being so noisy, would you?" I asked.

"Sorry," Lily said. For the first time ever, a human understood me after 12 years of trying.

"You can understand me?" I asked

"I always could. " Lily said. It was a miracle that a mere human girl could understand me.

"First of all, what is this place?" I asked

"I think it's a cave," Lily replied. The cave had blue crystals surrounding the interior part of the cave. Me and Lily explored the cave together, looking for an exit. But there was no exit to be found. Eventually, we got more hungrier and weaker as time went by. 2 days have passed, and Lily was starting to feel quite ill and frail. Then Lily gave me an idea to get out of this miserable hell.

"Mr. Draggy, since you're a dragon, don't you have powers?" Lily asked. I used my fire powers to free myself from the sacred cave, but then the entire cave started to collapse. I thought of leaving Lily to die there. But I had to save her since she saved me from the armed men. I grabbed Lily and tried to fly out of this cave with her, but she was too heavy for my little wings to manage. So I threw Lily to the exit and flewed as fast as I can to make it to the opening hole.

"Come on, you can do it. Grab my hand." Lily shouted. As soon as I touched Lily's hand, a giant boulder fell on my back breaking every bone in my tiny body. Yet again I was paralyzed.

"Lily forget about me go!" I shouted

"No I don't wanna." Lily said. I forgot she was only a child so she didn't know anything. I slipped from under the boulder but my wings were broken so I ascend along the dangerous and risky rubble and finally made it to the top. I catched my breath and looked at Lily

"You're welcome you fat pig I broke my back because of you. Since when did you gain so much weight?" I asked. Then she started crying like she always did.

"Meanie." She cried.

"Where are your parents?" I asked

"My parents are at home." Lily said

"WHERE?" I asked

"At home!" Lily yelled. Honestly I don't even know what to do with this 5 year old girl she has no sense in directions nor in making decisions.
