Sitting for another two minutes to gather his thoughts, Di Tou suddenly paused when he realized that the bakery was too quiet. Standing up, Di Tou slowly crept towards the front desk and peered through the door that led into the backrooms to try to catch sight of the baker, but no matter how he peered, he couldn't see a thing. Just as he was about to use his Divine Eyes to peek, the baker's plump face suddenly appeared in front of him. He laughed and said, "Friend, are you trying to see how I make my pie? I'm afraid I can't tell you. It's a secret recipe."
Taking a few startled steps back, Di Tou held one hand over his chest and another slightly behind his back, prepared to swing out with a shield at any moment before calming down.
Staring at the baker for a moment, Di Tou let out an awkward smile before saying, "Sorry, I thought I heard something and that you fell."
