THE VISION (BEFORE THE WAR)

Tornac and Abdera was one of those few people in Harmet who had no powers, they were treated like rags and no one agreed to marry them because many people believed they were cursed but as fate would have it they fell in love and marry though with only the cursed ones attending their marriage and they had a boy .

But Tornac wasn't really sure of he had powers or not, he had this kind of foresight and feelings of some things that were going to happen which no one had and he had tried to tell the immortals but they never believed him because it has never manifested on command, it only came on it's own, it is only his wife and the cursed ones that believed him most times.

Seven days before the war began, when he had finished uprooting the weeds from the farm he was working on with the cursed ones, he then separated the weeds from the animal dung that he had gathered for manure then he thought 'since the immortals are so powerful why can't do the work and save us the stress, I wonder when we would be out of this bondage', a sharp pain came running into his mind making him flinch while dropping his rake and just like that it disappeared, he began to relax which was only short lived as another pain came more painfully and longer than the last and a bout of nausea attacked him spreading through him like darkness pervading a room, he gritted his teeth trying to bear with the pain but to no avail as he began screaming and writhing on the ground alerting the cursed ones including his wife and a few immortals, at the this point the cursed ones and his wife know too well that he is about to have a vision so none of them touched him eager and curious to know the vision.
