Friends Always
Haku gasped as he awoke in a bed. Amy was beside him, holding his hand as he slept; he turned his head and looked at her before looking back at the ceiling. His head felt fuzzy, but he had no pain in his body whatsoever.
He used his free arm to brush over his body. He touched his head and felt a slight erosion on it. A slight scar was made from when Alphaeus pierced his head. He touched his neck and felt another scar, but those were the only scars or any other wounds he thought on his Body.
"Agh!" Haku groaned as he lifted himself and sat in the bed. Amy blinked her eyes and woke up to see Haku sitting up. He turned his head and smiled at her; she almost jumped on him as she hugged him and started crying. She started saying many words, but he couldn't make sense of anything she said.
"How is Kenny doing!??!" Haku said frantically before Amy looked up, almost trying to avoid it.
"He's healed… but there's no reason you should care about what he's doing after what he did to you!" she shouted at him as she moved her face closer to his; he quickly jumped out of her grip and ran out of the room. Amy screamed his name as he dashed out of the room.
"Kenny, where are you?!" Haku was tired and barely able to keep a full sprint as his body started to slow down. He continued to run around the castle, trying to find Alphaeus, but he had no luck whatsoever. Until he heard a loud crash come from a room, followed by the yelling of Rika and Marx
"You guys, please calm down," Liliya said as she tried to defuse the situation. The neck of Marx was holding up Alphaeus' body while Rika held a blade to his face. Liliya was crying as she was standing away from the three
"You think everything is so funny?! Huh?!" Rika shouted at Alphaeus. He had a smile on his face, but tears ran down his face. The tears dripped off his face as he reached up and grabbed Marx's wrist.
"It was never my intention. I blanked out! I TRULY DON'T KNOW WHY I DID THAT! Each hit he threw at me, it felt like the next would kill me!!" Marx's grip tightened around Alphaeus' neck; he struggled to breathe and started to gasp for air as his eyes bulged out of his head.
"You have been scummy even before we came to this world! That's why no one wants to be by your side!! SO WHAT IF YOU DEFEATED THAT KNIGHT? you only came in after Haku wore it down!" Marx threw Alphaeus into a wall, and he rolled across the ground after falling from the wall. Marx walked over and put his foot on Alphaeus' lower stomach
"The best thing that could happen now is if you just disappear!" Rika said as she looked down at him and put her sword away to see Marx get thrown across the room. Rika gasped as she looked at Marx on the floor, slowly picking himself up.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YALL DOING TO KENNY!?!!" Haku had intervened and punched Marx across the room. Rika looked shocked and stumbled over her words as she slowly moved towards Haku, flailing her arms around before hugging him.
"GET OFF ME THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU! DO YOU THINK THIS IS OK?!?" Haku yelled at Rika as he pushed her off him forcefully. He slowly picked up Alphaeus and walked out of the room with his arm over his shoulder. Rika's face had cold sweat going down it as she watched as Haku left the room with Alphaeus. She stretched out a arm to him but said nothing as the door shut behind him.
"Kenny can you hear me!" Haku tapped his face as he walked with him.
"Yes I'm fine I'm glad you pulled through!" Alphaeus whipped his tears away as he smiled at Haku walked with him.
"I can't believe they would do something like that to you that's just wrong!" Haku said sternly as his gaze switched to the floor as they took a turn towards the dinning hall.
"Its understandable its there way of showing how much they cared for you and I think you have made a great impression in there lives sense you have entered it. I think what I did to you during that battle scared them and that was there response to it… Revenge." Both Haku and Alphaeus both sat down in the dining hall as waiters quickly walked up to them and gave them loads of sea food along with steak and Sat it down on there table.
One of the female waiters did a little bow at Haku and smiled before walking off shaking her hips from left to right in a seductive way as she walked away. A visible vein formed on the side of Alphaeus head as he seen this, Haku simply laughed it off and waves the women good bye
"You might think its understandable Kenny but that doesn't make what they did to you slightly right even in the smallest bit. It's actually disgusting to see how they acted! I wouldn't even think that Rika would do such a thing to a comrade!" Haku gritted his teeth as he thought back on what he had walked in on earlier. This made Alphaeus laugh slightly as he started to completely forget about what had happened.
" wow man your like a kid… NO.. You act just like a true hero! you think like one, act like one and all and all you yourself are starting to look like the best representation of a hero I've ever seen even when we where back in our world " Alphaeus picked up his utensils and started to cut his steak open. Haku broke open a snow crab leg and they both simultaneously started to salivate at the mouth.
"How long where we out for I'm Starving." Haku said as he dipped the crab meat in some butter and big down onto the soft flesh of the crab. His face screamed satisfaction as he chewed on the meat the crab leg before swallowing and letting out a satisfied moan.
"Note that I want this as my last meal" Haku smiled as he watched Alphaeus bite into the portion of steak meat he had cut off. The juice from the steak exploded in his mouth and the meat had so much flavor that Alphaeus couldn't help but to smile and continue chewing for as long as he could. Eagerly getting as much flavor out of the steak as he could before fractically cutting up another part of the steak and eating it..
"I want to get passed this. I know as friends we all are gonna bump heads here and there but even through thick and then we should always remain friends." Alphaeus said as he took a piece of crab leg from Haku as he was stuffing his face. In return he slid over a piece of his steak to Haku while laughing with his mouth full like a child.
Haku extended out his fist and held it across the table before Alphaeus stretched out his hand and well and bumped it.
"That sounds like something I would say Kenny. Who would expect to hear something like that from you?hahah!" they both sat there and contained eating and stuffing there faces semingly almost racing each other. But in reality the food was giving all there streggth back to them with each bite. Making the food quality both feel and taste better to them.
Around a corner Des leaned against a wall and listened to there conversation with a smile on his face. He shook his head and walked away.
"I was expecting another outcome but it seemed the best outcome actually happened. I guess we are in luck this time around." Des walked down the hall with his hands in his pockets and a slight lean in his back before he turned the corner to see four people. Liliya, Amy, Rika, And Marx
Rika, Lilita, and Amy had tears in there eyes and was looking completey lost. They all started to talk all together besides Marx who was looking extremely irritated about something.
"I know y'all are trying to find those two but its best to just leave them be at the moment. There actually talking it out like men. And I doubt any of you will bring anything good to the table as of right now…." he walked past them before stopping by Marx ear.
"Also…. Fighting someone who hasn't recovered and isn't at 100% is probably the most cowardly thing a man can do." Marx clenched his teeth as Des continued to walk by the group.
Back in the dinning hall both Haku and Alphaeus had finished eating there food and where now standing on there table while being watched at by the rest in the hall. They both were laughing as hard as they could.
'I wish this feeling would last forever!'
