Wishes cost you Karma?

I died, I don't remember how exactly but I know deep inside of me that I passed away recently.

Right now I'm in what looks like a white vast field and I'm alone, by myself…

"Yes, now, I'm gonna explain this in a way for you to understand, you can think of me like one of those cultivator stories where they need a bunch of karma, so in exchange for your karma I'll give you wishes; on your luck alone you already earned 25,000 KP then depending on how you lived you have more or less, don't worry if you are average 25k is plenty to be talented in no matter the world you want to be in"

"So like I can choose whatever I want? As a wish? And they have a worthwhile price?"

"Yes, there are a lot of types of wishes, these 4 are going to be my examples

Type 1 is stupidly op wish, these are super expensive to the point it isn't worth it, you have to have saved all life in the universe to have enough karma for it to be worth for me to give you this wish, things like omnipotence, omniscience or omnipresence

Type 2 is Wishes without consequences, this type is that you have a wish I comply, and there are no consequences out of that wish,

Type 3 is like the way number 2 but with consequences, for example, if you wish to be a Saiyan in Harry Potter, well now there is a whole planet of Saiyans in that version of Harry Potter, or who else would be your parents

Type 4 are those wishes that are so easy to give you that you don't even have to pay to avoid consequences, things like knowledge or talents are some of the cheapest stuff there is

Now, before you start with your wishes, you have to choose the universe and timeline where you want to be, because you can easily wish to be a Saiyan born before the destruction of planet Vegeta, in the dragon ball verse and it would barely cost 500-1000 KP than if you wish to be a Saiyan born in naruto, in naruto age timeline which would cost easily 30-50k KP

"Well I want to be a Jedaii from Tython so basically the Star Wars verse when the Jedaii Order was at its strongest"

"I can improve its quality, to allow you for being able to go for even opposite systems of power, for example, you can now use Nen and Chakra at the same time without Dying because all your chakra escaped from theb Aura nodes, this change will cost 5k, and thats cheap because you can now literally train any power system you want"

"The second Change is a small one, but very crucial, is an energy absorber, this allow your body to learn the new power system easily, it will analyze the energy and unlock it for you, it depends on the type of energy tho, you obviously can't absorb any lightning and expect getting the speed force, if you want Harry Potter Magic you have to be in contact with a Harry Potter Wizard

At least absorb enough energy from him to scan him so your body adapt, now how do you get in contact with them in Star Wars is your problem, it cost another 5k"

"I can upgrade it more but you won't actually need it, and the price would be to expensive"

"Yeah that 20k version is ok, My next wish is Saiyan Race"

"I can give you the Enhanced Mind for 2,5k but i have a recommendation"

"For another 2.5k I can make it a technique, and you can train everything from the Enhanced mind, by yourself, because if I give you the full powers of Enhanced Mind you will feel the change but just like anyone who suddenly changed their Hardware you won't know how to use it to their fullest, basically you would have a 144 Hz screen but don't know how to configure the change from 60 Hz to 144hz"

"Sure, 5k is ok, about my race, how about, the best combination with all advantages and no disadvantages from Isu from the Assasins Creed Verse and Alterans from Stargate universe,
