"Leo back me up!" Jae Yoon shouted into his walkie talkie.

"Stall for like 2 minutes, I'll be coming soon!" Leo talked over the walkie talkie. Jae Yoon grabbed onto the handle of his sword as he stared at Mika's regenerating core. Her core had started to pulsate and suck in all the debris and dust into the ground, turning them into material to rebuild her body. Jae Yoon stood rooted onto the gravel ground, several pieces of gravel flying towards Mika. The trees that surrounded the broken buildings were slowly being pulled towards Mika as the wind grew stronger. Jae Yoon placed his thumb onto his sword's helm, pushing against it to unsheathe his katana.

"Leo! What's taking you so long? The pure energy this core is exhibiting is easily that of an S4, and its steadily increasing!" Jae Yoon started to sweating, he's being pulled towards Mika slowly, "Let there be privacy!" A large barrier of magic formed around Mika and Jae Yoon, keeping the bystanders safe from Mika's pull.

"Just calm down will you? I'm having a bit of trouble myself! Some prick decided to show up!" Leo's voice was being intercepted by an unknown force, cutting Leo off.

"You don't have to worry. Leo will be all right." A calm voice spoke over the walkie talkie as it started to heat up and vibrate violently, exploding in Jae Yoon's hand and burning it.

"We're starting it? So soon?" A mouth formed from Mika's core as it started to regenerate a body, "Gloria has eyes everywhere."

"Who is Gloria?" Jae Yoon stepped back from Mika.

"You don't need to know, though it might not matter if I did tell you, considering you'll die anyway!" Mika started to laugh. Jae Yoon kept a straight face.

"I don't need your pity!" Jae Yoon leapt infront of Mika, cutting her in half, "12%!" Mika screamed in pain as her half regenerated body was cut in half.

"HEY! That's not fair!" Mika's half form head started to cry, "You can't attack someone when they're transforming! I'll show you what we do to rule breakers like you!" Mika grew arms out of the ground and pounced onto Jae Yoon, "I know what your ability is!"

Mika grabbed onto Jae Yoon's sword as he tried to block the oncoming attack, "You're awfully strong!" Jae Yoon mustered his strength and swung his sword downwards with Mika on it, "But I'll squeeze out every last bit of information I'll need from you!" The sword smashed onto the ground, pinning mika's half complete body onto the ground, "32%"

"You're not bad! As expected for someone who's apart of the council!" Mika grew another pair of arms which clenched onto the sword and stopped it from dealing serious damage to her shoulder, "No matter how many arms you cut, I'll just regrow em!" The shallow cut on Mika's arm had regrown. Jae Yoon applied more pressure onto the sword, applying his entire body weight in order to cut through Mika's core. The ground started to shake violently.

"42%!" Jae Yoon cut both of Mika's arm off, "My chances are looking awfully bad."

"What a weird and niche ability you have." Mika smirked, "Atomic Reassembly: Broken World!" Mika implanted her hands into the ground, fusing within the ground and a giant hole appeared from beneath Jae Yoon, swallowing him hole, "I can morph and create matter into whatever I want!"

"Close one!" Jae Yoon caught himself on the edge of the hole, "You're not half bad yourself. I guess it'll be rude to not tell you my ability when you've told me yours." Jae Yoon took out a coin from his pocket.

"Your ability is to create money?" Mika said kiddingly as she started to form her complete body.

"No, it's much more complex." Jae Yoon threw the coin into the air, "50% it's a heads." Jae Yoon caught the coin midair as he lunged towards Mika, cutting her head in half with his sword. Mika's body slumping over as Jae Yoon kicked it into the barrier. He opened the palm of his hand, revealing a heads, "My ability allows me to measure the chances of my attacks landing, correctly predicting so will increase the power of the attack with the odds of it being unsuccessful. Its much more easier to explain when I show it instead of telling it."

Mika was stunned, she couldn't believe what had just happened. She had been executed in a split second, not even having time to react, she had never fought with an opponent of his caliber.

"Of course, this goes without saying. If I incorrectly predict an outcome, the outcome is decreased by whatever the odds of it being successful were." Jae Yoon placed 2 fingers onto his blade, cutting his own finger in the process, "What do you think are the odds that I can kill you before the blood from my finger drops to the floor?" As soon as the blood fell from Jae Yoon's finger, he had instantly appeared behind Mika's now complete body. Mika had blocked the oncoming attack, "Guess I predicted wrongly." The cut from Jae Yoon's attack had barely cut through Mika's clothes, "This is my ability: Dealer!"

Mika created a sphere from her hands, trapping Jae Yoon entirely, "Iron Coffin!" The sphere became smaller in an instant, instantly crushing whatever was inside of it.

"Not so fast!" Jae Yoon had cut an opening through the sphere which was made of Mika's flesh, "91% chance of this attack landing!" Jae Yoon landed onto Mika with his foot, kicking her to the side, "Three cuts!" Mika had been cut in three different locations within the span of a second when Jae Yoon kicked Mika. Her arms had been cut off and she had been decapitated.

Mika grew a long rope from he decapitated torso which connected back to her arms and head, "You're actually going to make me fight me seriously." Her body conjoined back.

"You see, I've figured you out. You can only morph matter with your arms, your other body parts can't do anything." Jae Yoon took out the same coin, "What do you say we make a bet?"

"Enough of your games!" Mika implanted her hands into the ground, "Overhaul!" The ground started to break apart into different pieces and float, "False Kingdom!" The pieces of debris from the floor started to gravitate towards Jae Yoon, burying him.

"Bet." As the rubble and debris gathered around Jae Yoon, it smothered him and suffocated him, "All In." A large ray of blue light shined through the cracks of the debris, "Jackpot!" Jae Yoon appeared infront of Mika, away from all the debris, cutting her in half and breaking her core, "Didn't think I'd win a 7:3, there was a 70% chance you'd win." Jae Yoon opened his palm and it was a tails, "I should buy a lottery ticket." He placed the coin into his pocket.

"So not fair!" Mika's bother withered away as her core shattered into a million pieces, this time permanently.

"It's a shame I couldn't ask you for any information." Jae Yoon dug his sword into the ground as all the debris and rubble went back to normal, the barrier lifting, "You could've been great if you chose the right path."
